I used the drive thru and bought 2 chocolate milks for my kids.. drove off and on the highway when I noticed that one was already open and missing half the milk.. you gave me an open milk wow unreal

On two separate occasions, I found multiple flies on the food, it is gross and disgusting 🤢🤢🤢🤢. I talked to the employees, and they said we told the management with no solution!. This is a street vendor. I wish I can add the other video..

Came in today and ordered a medium iced coffee with less sugar but it had none… on top I asked for a cheese tea biscuit toasted with butter, the girl said we don’t have yet I seen with my own eyes there was cheese tea biscuits behind the food area, I end up asking for one she like you gotta pay. I mentioned I ordered an English muffin she takes the English muffin throws it in the garbage makes me my cheese tea biscuit and tossed it at me and was not be respectful … sorry last time I checked customers are always right!!! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE…

This place can’t even make a bagel properly. I ask for it double toasted with light butter, they tell me light butter doesn’t exist. I tell them double toasted with 1/2 butter, they incinerate it and only put butter on one half of the bagel. I ask for it single toasted with 1/2 butter, it comes out raw and soggy with almost no butter. I asked for double toast, light butter and I got raw with double butter. I don’t know how this location manages to screw up every single order, and that’s if they even have the stuff in stock to make the damn thing. Fix your location, this is ridiculous. Worst Tim Horton of all time.

Anytime we come here they’re out of everything, and if you decide to order something else that they have they’ll tell you to wait in a parking spot to bring out your order then the give u a wrong order😂

I pulled in at 9:25 four cars 35 minute wait for a damn coffee now I'm late for work what a clown show this location is and its wrong 2 milk not cream incompetent world.
Update: another visit three cars served in same line before me now late again simple medium coffee and they serve 3 cars in the same line ordering ice caps, breakfast you name it I had to pull out as late for work again due to Tim's incompetent staff.
Today the buggy eyed, heavy set 60yrvold lady shoved her debit machine into my car, scratched my paint and I had my scan on my phone out extremely rude and pushy! Working drive through window with two young people

Really slow taking orders. One girl trying to make all the food. Persons in front ordered bowls. Had to wait a long time for my bagel! Didn’t even put my bagel in toaster until after the bowls came out at least 5 minutes after I ordered. The place is not even that busy.
