The way this Tim Hortons is being run is terrible I have routinely been sold stale food and there was flies all over the pastry’s I reported this and was dismissed completely with staff whispering to tell management we replaced the batch.

I visited the drive-thru at this location today around 12 PM. Unfortunately, the service was very impersonal. The staff member handed me my order without greeting, smiling, or making eye contact, and appeared inattentive while doing so. I was disappointed, as this is not the level of service I expect from Tim Hortons.

On top of that, the bacon in my breakfast sandwich was not cooked properly.

I hope management can address this to improve the customer experience

Went to this Tim hortons on lunch break, ordered a bagle and a couple ice coffees, went back to work opened my bagle to find some surprise protein a fly, the fly could clearly been seen the worker decided to send it out assuming no one opens there bagels, avoid this Tim hortons unless you enjoy eating flys.
To top it off the ice coffee wasn’t even made right😂

I have issues here every single time. They either get my order completely wrong, or other issues. I went into drive thru to order a bagel with cream cheese. It took them 5-10 minutes to open the window and they proceeded to confirm someone else's order with me. After finally confirming the order I realized they didn't even make the bagel. They ended up giving me one that wasn't toasted (when I asked for toasted) and it was clearly an old hard bagel. Shame on what has happened to tim hortons. DO BETTER

The people working here are very kind, but the place is disgusting. Today I was there and noticed little flies were flying around the pastry, I informed the clerk, she said ‘yes’ (with a sad face) but did nothing about it.

Then I sat down at the same table I was at last Tuesday and the table had the same colourful sediments I found 4 days ago, they didn't wipe out the tables in 4 days!

By the way, they had Tim Horton’s napkins instead of toilet paper in the washroom.

Hope they fix this very soon.

This location is absolutely horrible! Every time we get Timbits there is never any glaze on them and also never a variety of options

Went there in the morning to grab my coffee with espresso shot and it was fresh. The staff was polite and took time to attend me at the front counter

I had an excellent experience at this Tim Hortons location! The food was fresh and delicious as always—especially the classic double-double and Timbits. The service was quick and friendly; the staff made sure the order was accurate and served with a smile. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and welcoming—perfect for a quick bite or a coffee break. Highly recommend stopping by this location!

After waiting for 5 mins with no one ahead of me and only drive through being served I left empty handed. No acknowledgement. Wow has Tim Hortons service gone down. Dine in should be just as important as a passing through

I slipped on the way into the store, and I twisted my back pretty good. I have herniated disc in my lower back. I told the manager that there was water on the floor, and she put this out instead of cleaning it up. Amazing.

I recently visited the Tim Hortons in London, and I was thoroughly impressed! The coffee was freshly brewed, and the service was prompt and friendly. The staff ensured my order was accurate and served with a smile. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy my meal. I also appreciated the availability of free Wi-Fi, making it a convenient spot to catch up on some work. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience

I tried one of their new "comfort" bowls as they call them.

Timmies, please for the love of God stay in your own lane. You are a coffee and donut shop. Stop adding new menu items to try and stay relevant. Your food, aside from the donuts, is horrid. The pizza you did a few months back? A literal slap in the face to the name of pizza.

Stop trying to be trendy. The foods you have been coming out with for the past couple years have been some of the worst foods I've ever had the dishonour of eating.

And it's even funnier because you lost the contract for the coffee supplier you had, and now your coffee tastes like toilet bowl water too. Overall the brand name of Tim Hortons is literal garbage at this point. The donuts aren't baked fresh in store (I know for a fact they come out of a cardboard box in the freezer out back as I formerly worked at this particular location).

Also, one time on shift I watched an employee drop a huge stack of bacon slices on the floor, pick them up, pick off a few pieces of dust/dirt/etc, then cook it to serve to people. When I brought my concern over the dirtiness of the floors, my manager informed me that "the bacon was too expensive to just throw out". Needless to say I quit a few days later after sitting with her comment in my head. I'm sorry, but I don't give a fly rat's left nut if the bacon was "expensive". It dropped on the floor, where people have walked on with shoes many times. You don't know what those shoes have walked on/in. Absolute disregard of customer health, eyes set only on profits.

Once again, Timmies, stick to coffee and donuts. Do better.
