They never have anything ready on time, breakfast or lunch. I always have to go back 30 to 40 after for a breakfast sandwich or soup at lunch.

Standards and time have plummeted as of recently. Staff seem exhausted and dont blame them. See more tasks here for a donut shop than a lot of other jobs. Probably way better minimum wage jobs with less stressed out workers/managers. Tim Hortons in general adding pizza and all this stuff, when the original Tim Horton's was our coffee and donuts, is ridiculous. Time for a change in general. Keep the blinders on and peddle the businesses into the dirt.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have experienced. Extremely slow service; not all but some staff members are rude and are not professional at all. Aside from that the other day I had a piece of plastic in my cream cheese which I gagged on as
It caught me off guard.

Store was clean, counter service was fairly quick for coffee and non prepared food items (donuts, etc...)

After patiently waiting for my bacon belts and farmers wrap for ten minutes in this Tim Hortons, which was not too busy, I kindly asked a staff member if it was still being made where I was met with a bad attitude from three of the staff members. After watching my hair turn grey and the clock continue to change, my face in a frown: we were told that they didn’t have the right bagel for the bacon belts (mind you, this was many minutes after we ordered). Eventually, when the sky got darker, we received our breakfast. Safe to say I will be listening to my brother next time when he says we should get McDonald’s, as it will put a McSmile on my face, unlike Tim Hortons today.

Not a great experience at Tim Hortons this morning.

Super slow. Black coffee… have tried every method of ordering - walk in, drive thru, mobile order. Give yourself at least 10 extra minutes if you are stopping at this Tim Horton’s.
Editing to add that when I opened my coffee when I got to work, it had cream and sugar in it. Black coffee is the simplest order possible!

I was not happy with the service grabbing my take 12 from this location. Ive gone to this location many times and never have the workers had an issue bringing me out my take 12 to a parking space after going through the drive thru. The workers quite rude, and refused to bring the coffee out to me unlike the other times I had gone here. They said it was to early for them(6am) and there were only 2 other customers in the building at the time and only 1 car behind me, they were not that busy. Needless to say I was not impressed with their service or attitude.

Viral Patel

Totally racist service by an Indian girl working on drive thru with mask on. I went there to get a coffee and after I placed an order I heard she was laughing and making fun of me. Totally disrespectful to the paying customers. Please teach your staff to show some respect or give proper training about how to talk to customer.
