They need more staff on the inside registers during lunch rush. With only 40 mins for lunch, sometimes I’ve waited 17 mins to get served. One time there was no customers in the store and no one on the counter. After 10 mins I had to ask if someone was working or not. You can do better!
Friendly warm staff. Clean and comfortable place for a breakfast bagel and tea. Service was quick, but servers take time to complete orders correctly, and food looks good. Every Timmies should be like this.
I like this Tim Horton store. The staff members are well-trained and very nice. When I placed my order at the counter, I used the offer on my mobile phone. However, the machine at the counter only had options for a cold brew with mike and syrup. I simply just want a black cold brew. The staff member was flexible and accommodated my request for a black cold brew. She listened attentively to customer’s needs. Cheers!
