I like this Tim Horton store. The staff members are well-trained and very nice. When I placed my order at the counter, I used the offer on my mobile phone. However, the machine at the counter only had options for a cold brew with mike and syrup. I simply just want a black cold brew. The staff member was flexible and accommodated my request for a black cold brew. She listened attentively to customer’s needs. Cheers!
A great place like every Tim Hortons is, coffee is great food is excellent as it always is. But from a wheelchair perspective, it gets a ten out of ten. Easy to get into the doors and to the center to get your order. My only complaint which isn't just with Tim Hortons is there are not enough tables that a person in a wheelchair can use. Usually only have 1 maybe 2 tables, where a wheelchair can fit under. Most of the time it's taken by people who are not disabled...
My Timmies experience is usually a good one. Even when you get a customer service representative that is a little sharp with you. Keep in mind they have served 1000 peeps before you and some were nasty. I find the service is fresh, invigorating and I get smiles. I don't at the place that promises them..YIKES! If your looking for somethng different for lunch. I would highly recommend the pinwheel pastry. Very delicious and I needed two to be full, lol, they were that good....
