Stopped to here a BBQ chicken wrap drove away got home and guess what....no chicken, just half brown lettuce tomatoes cucumber rice and BBQ sauce. It smelled nasty my guess was the lettuce were bad.

The worker, Martin, here was really nice. The sandwiches were messed up in the first place, but as soon as we came back, he was really nice and made us fresh new ones with fresh biscuits. This isn't the first time that Martin has gone above and beyond to make things right. Excellent customer service.

I went through the drive-thru today, which was unbearably slow. My French Vanilla was not filled to the top, and the employee who took my order forgot to input my double espresso, so it was missing when I drove up to the window.

Purchased at the drive-through. I watched the employee hand my coffee to the car in front of me. The customer took my coffee into his car, then realized it was the wrong coffee and handed it back to the employee. When I arrived at the window, the employee tried to hand me the coffee that had been handled by another customer. I find this very unsanitary and unprofessional. I asked him to make me a new one, and he did, although if I hadn't asked, I would have received a previously handled coffee.
