I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I ordered a large iced coffee and an egg & cheese sandwich through the drive-thru. The staff member did not apply the survey code for my coffee and even added a Camp Day band to my order without asking. A few minutes later, I noticed I had been charged $10.67.
When I went inside to clarify, the manager, Lynn, handed me a receipt but gave excuses about a “software mistake.” She offered to refund only the band but said the survey code couldn’t be applied anymore. Eventually, I returned everything for a refund. Throughout the process, Lynn’s attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and not at all apologetic.

Order turnaround time was extremely quick despite it being quite busy. Unfortunately it seems rare these days to find a Tim Hortons with decent and efficient service so I had to leave a review because I was so pleased with the service here.
