The best service I've had at a Tim Hortons in a very long time. All of the staff I encountered and observed were kind, pleasant, and efficient. Order turnaround time was extremely quick despite it being quite busy. Unfortunately it seems rare these days to find a Tim Hortons with decent and efficient service so I had to leave a review because I was so pleased with the service here.

This Tim's is clean and has the standard Tim's selection. The reason for the low rating is completely due to how they take orders in the drive thru, you can't just say "Good morning, Welcome to Tim Hortons", that's not a question, it's proper english and etiquette to follow that up with "can I take your order?" or even "what can I get for you?". I'm not sure if they train their staff this process or if it's just one employee, either way, do better!

Refuse to serve me at drive through window as I was in semi truck which I can’t drive into drive through, so I walk to window around 2am, lady said its store policy she can’t serve me. I request her what her behaviour was very rude. Please explain if there is any policy like that.
