Just visited to this Tim for the first time and I experienced racism. Being as a customer,isn’t it’s our right to ask options regarding add-ons or toppings? I was talking so politely and happily but one of the crew member ruined mood who isn’t even taking my order on the drive-thru. And guess what,I ordered Triple-triple and received leftover coffee which isn’t warm. Thanks alot for giving me this amazing bagel.I never ate this bagel ever in my life. Please if you don’t want to provide quality service because of racism,don’t waste atleast money and time of someone.

I wanted to say thank you to the person (I didn’t get a name, but you know who you are) that was working the drive window tonight about 20 minutes ago. They were so kind and made my trip to obtain an iced coffee so pleasant. I hope every other visit is just like the one I just had.

Using the Tim on line reward system to get free stuff is pretty much a fail. I got 11000 plus points but it's a hassle to use them to the point where I just don't bother because I'm holding up the line. Evrn when staff try to do it for me! Takes too much time.Its a fail.

I love this Tim Hortons, everyone is so happy and friendly and the woman who made my coffee wrote a smiley face on my coffee and she was so sweet. It also seems like a great place to work because all the employees are always joking around and being supportive to each other. Always makes my day better when I go
