Put a chocolate dip in the bag without wrapping it in wax paper so chocolate would have stayed on. Then all management says us sorry?? Poor training is what this equates to. If it's not getting orders wrong, or being slow, it's this. Train your people better.

During the covid-19 the restaurant has presented itself to be taking precautions to protect customers and staff. I appreciate the amount of cleaning I've seen happening even though I'm at the drive-thru! Staff are always friendly, you get what you order and the menu is always changing to keep things interesting. great place.

I usually have a great experience, but this Sunday I've had the worst. Your employee working Sunday 29th around 4:45pm wearing glass, was rude to me. Implying that you were out of the maple pecan Danish when twice I pointed at the Danish on the display shelf at the front. Nothing but attitude from that employees, and he tried brushing it off by claiming he couldn't see the Danish. I don't have time to point out items to employees, and I have no time to argue with your employees. I hope you don't train your employees to give poor customer service to everyone you serve.

Tim Hortons on Wellington Road at Exeter Road is only excepting drive-through customers went there this morning to get a coffee as a truck driver walked up to the window refused to serve me way to support your community won’t be buying coffee from there no more
