Lady made my small hot chocolate and it was a mess all around the cup and then put a different cup to cover it and still put a mess all around that cup. When I asked for a new one she told me it cost money and was snarky about it. I also went to order Chili she kept going back and forwards with her coworkers talking in their language.

Last time I went here to grab a quick coffee on my walk downtown. Three Employees just sat over by the drive-thru window chatting instead of acknowledging we were there to take our order. Coffee was good, but employees were unprofessional in my opinion. Baker in the back is who got the three to come over and take our order.

Restaurant was completely empty while eight employees all stood around in the drive thru area chattering like hens. Every single table was filthy. The napkin dispensers were empty. Trash was littering the place and half the tables had empty cups and crumpled napkins on them. The staff here is incredibly incompetent but that also seems to be a growing problem among Tim Horton's locations in general. I ordered a tea and a muffin, and had to repeat myself three times before the woman behind the register could process the word "muffin". My change should have been five cents, but the cashier for some reason handed me about a dollar back in change, appearing confused when I handed her a five dollar bill and a quarter. Amazing.

I had been walking for an hour and a half and needed to use the washroom, also I was hungry and still had another 30 min walk ahead of me. The food was disgusting 🤢, I can't believe they would even sell it that way. The chocolate dip was hard when poked and the shiny glaze didn't even budge. The m and m cookie was way overbaked and the homestyle biscuit was burned. Also it was the flattest sausage and egg I have ever seen. My main issue is that I asked for a code to the washroom and was told it was closed due to maintenance.

Husband went there today and ordered 2 coffees a tea and a lightly toasted bagel, he got 2 teas and a bagel so burnt he couldn't bit into it. not the first time this location has done this.
Sure there ice capp machine is down 60% of the time but the good news is if your looking for fentanyl to go with your coffee then this is the spot

Always forgetting to add sauce or flavour shots that I pay for and by the time I notice I’m not there to say something in person as I used the drive through. Can’t complain to HQ because they are individually owned but the phone number listed for this location isn’t even assigned. What a joke
