Been a customer of this Tim's for the last few years as I live down the street. This location used to be my go to as one specific young lady knew my order by heart. Unfortunately it has gone down hill in the last year. My favorite employee is gone. My drink is hardly made right & there are times that the dining room is filthy.

Last time I went here to grab a quick coffee on my walk downtown. Three Employees just sat over by the drive-thru window chatting instead of acknowledging we were there to take our order.
Coffee was good, but employees were unprofessional in my opinion.
Baker in the back is who got the three to come over and take our order.

Yesterday I got some donuts and a coffee from this place and everything was good. Somehow my wallet dropped out of my pocket when I left. Today I went in and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They found my wallet yesterday and kept it in the back for me. The staff are all very honest and hardworking people at this place. Thank you so much!!
