The service was not pleasant. It’s not the brand is supposed to be. When drove through for the breakfast on the way to kid’s morning hockey game in excitement, we didn’t expect to start our day with the negative attitude from Tim Hortons. Very disappointed. :( Avoid it if you can in the morning.

This is just for the front display food. It's very stale and assuming that it doesn't get a lot of traffic they only bake in the morning.Do not purchase doughnuts after 8am.

I have stopped at this Tim’s almost daily driving my child to school. Today I stop on my way home to grab myself a coffee. Waited 15 minutes in the line up (very unusual) debit is down in drive thru. As she is holding my coffee asks if I have cash or says I can come into pay. I immediately say no to coming in as I have my sleeping baby in the back, as I am looking for change I quickly realize I don’t have enough. I say sorry, I don’t. She says sorry and pushes my coffee to the side. I’m sorry your debit went down, I’m sorry I don’t carry cash. You don’t owe me anything, but the fact that you would throw a coffee out instead of just giving it to someone for their inconvenience, shows your lack of customer service. It’s just a dumb move Timmy’s. I’ll be finding another location for my morning trip.

Staff at the cashier about 1:45 pm today was very rude. He acted to customer so bossy. I don’t know his name but appearances, he is not white guy and curly hair. Should train him again. Very very very very

I don't eat meat so I specifically asked them to put the meat from my bagel belt on the side so that I could give it to my dog. She said she would make sure and she didn't and I almost bid into it. Thank God you guys have tricked me so many times now that I actually look first before I bite in if I could give you zero stars I

The service is good but, the hot chocolate was not so good. ? It was very watered down. I hate that they don't make good hot chocolate. I think they need to go back to training. I can't believe I wasted $2 and a few cents on a hot chocolate. ?☕That was so terrible. ?
You got a 50/50 chance of your coffee being right, especially when you go there in the evening.
