Busy location but the girl's running the drive through in the morning make quick work of along line up . Very cheerful an friendly . Those morning shift girl's need a raise . That has to be one of if not the fastest tims drive through iv ever been in

I just ordered vanilla iced latte with extra base and regular iced coffee with extra base.
Except for french vanilla which the machine make you guys really do shit at times. Horrible coffee. The colour was dark and both tasted same as if both were made together and one had just extra syrup.
If you make something wrong which can be corrected throw it and not give it to the customer we pay 3-4times of the food cost for the product.
Don’t act so cheap. Either learn to make a good coffee at once or give remake until you make one.

Tried to contact management for over a month and obviously not a priority. Terrible service. No washroom access so I had to change my child's dirty diaper on a dining table infront of everyone. Unsanitary and unfair.

Of course, I'm ashamed to say this. The bathroom was locked. You can't easily take a moment from the Time Hortons atmosphere. Of course, I don't live in London, I was just passing through here.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, however this is the 2nd time it is necessary for me to do so for this particular Tim Hortons and I will be submitting it to the website for head office shortly.

I have no idea what the problem is with this location when you ask for BUTTER and end up with Cream Cheese two days in a row; Friday and today! What makes it worse is you go through the drive thru hence by the time you realize it is wrong, you’re back at work or long gone. Almost like they really don’t care about their customers.

Your location should be ashamed at the listening skills of your order takers.

Store at Exeter and Wellington had hardly any choice in donuts available and this was at 12 noon.Timmies isn't what it used to be. Selection sucks
