It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, however this is the 2nd time it is necessary for me to do so for this particular Tim Hortons and I will be submitting it to the website for head office shortly.
I have no idea what the problem is with this location when you ask for BUTTER and end up with Cream Cheese two days in a row; Friday and today! What makes it worse is you go through the drive thru hence by the time you realize it is wrong, you’re back at work or long gone. Almost like they really don’t care about their customers.
Your location should be ashamed at the listening skills of your order takers.

Store at Exeter and Wellington had hardly any choice in donuts available and this was at 12 noon.Timmies isn't what it used to be. Selection sucks

The coffee is always made right, and everything is as is to be expected from a tim hortons.

So once again you guessed it 99.9% of the time I go to Tim Hortons after 5:00 p.m. after 6:00 p.m. after 7:00 and so on there's never ever food from Wellington and Baseline all the way to 401 at Wellington there's four Tim Hortons and every single one of them never have food I am severely disappointed

I frequently travel to see family in the Sarina area. My overnight stay is London ON. Then, I continued on the next day. My husband is a Tim Hortons fans. I'm not so much. There is one Tim Hortons employee who is very rude when making morning orders when l stop at this location. Her demeanor shows it all. I ordered three of the $4.99 specials, only to have this individual yell out loud to say there was no bacon for this order. But yet she brought out a fresh container of bacon and refused to offer it. Unfortunately, this individual did not have a night badge on.
