Coffee taste was horrible, no customer service. I think Tim Hortons doesn’t serve what we want. They are forcing us their taste to customer. Better some big giants compete Tim Hortons with good taste and service.

Busy location but the girl's running the drive through in the morning make quick work of along line up . Very cheerful an friendly . Those morning shift girl's need a raise . That has to be one of if not the fastest tims drive through iv ever been in

I just ordered vanilla iced latte with extra base and regular iced coffee with extra base.
Except for french vanilla which the machine make you guys really do shit at times. Horrible coffee. The colour was dark and both tasted same as if both were made together and one had just extra syrup.
If you make something wrong which can be corrected throw it and not give it to the customer we pay 3-4times of the food cost for the product.
Don’t act so cheap. Either learn to make a good coffee at once or give remake until you make one.

Tried to contact management for over a month and obviously not a priority. Terrible service. No washroom access so I had to change my child's dirty diaper on a dining table infront of everyone. Unsanitary and unfair.
