So once again you guessed it 99.9% of the time I go to Tim Hortons after 5:00 p.m. after 6:00 p.m. after 7:00 and so on there's never ever food from Wellington and Baseline all the way to 401 at Wellington there's four Tim Hortons and every single one of them never have food I am severely disappointed

As I have said before many, many times, the store manager and only the manager needs to focus on better walk in counter service. A fast in and out at any location is practically impossible with staff leaving people standing at the counter just keep drive thru customers happy. I will continue to walk away when this occurs and keep spreading the word on this forum until much needed changes happen
