If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There was no one else in the restaurant but 3 people working. We waited over 10 minutes for two coffees we ordered advance via mobile order. Eventually people walked in ordering coffee and food at the counter and they still got their items before us. I saw a worker ask someone else if she was working on the mobile order and she still said yes. It took another 5 minutes before we got anything. No one ever acknowledged us and why it took over 15 minutes for two coffees. Horrible service.

Went there today in the afternoon and found out they got rid of the tables and chairs. Which they should done it a long time ago, due to many homeless sleeping and just hanging out. Making the customer experience poor. I’m glad that the staff all spoke up about their safety being at risk. Which that area being full of homeless and addiction problems, causing issues to the staff and other customers. Your staff deserve a safe work environment and not have to worry about homeless people sleeping and hanging out inside when there’s other customers need to be served. This is a stepping stone to provide homeless from soliciting too long.

I’m a regular at this Tim Hortons, and I’ve always had great experiences with the staff, who are consistently friendly and professional.
However, during a recent visit, I had an issue with Navjot, who seems to be a new hire, as I haven’t seen her before. I ordered an Oreo Ice Capp, and she initially forgot to add the Oreos. When I pointed this out, she remade the drink but added an excessive amount of Oreos, seemingly out of frustration. Her attitude was unprofessional; she ignored me and passed my order to another staff member without acknowledging my concern. This was disappointing, as it’s not the standard I’ve come to expect from this location.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons.
Lined up (which isn’t necessarily unusual) but you could tell the reason why was the workers.
No sense of urgency. Spent 30 minutes in there to get 2 drinks and 2 donuts.
In addition, when I used to work at Tim Hortons we weren’t allowed to wear nail polish, jewelry or be without hair nets.
The woman who served us had fake nails, rings and the gentlemen walking around wore no beard nets.
Three girls were sitting at a table the entire 30 minutes we were there… turns out they were waiting for a wrap… they waited over 30 minutes for a wrap that should have taken 3 minutes at most.
Horrible service and would recommend some management action.

They have roaches
Atmosphere is extremely dirty. Homeless people sleeping at tables, piss all over their front door, no staff ever cleaning during the day.

Comparing to the closest branch nearby on Oxford Street, this one is inferior in almost all aspects. Smaller size, fewer seats, gloomer environment, limited item stock and no Drive Thru.
However, the mobile app pre-ordering system works without any issues here. This single advantage to me, outweighs every minor issues listed above. Undoubtedly, I will stick to this branch for now.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The staff, especially the girl there , was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. When I politely asked about adding pumpkin spice to my order, her response was shockingly unpleasant, as if she didn’t even know what I was talking about. Her tone was condescending, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. To make things worse, I forgot to add a muffin with pumpkin spice, and when I mentioned it, the staff’s attitude only became more unpleasant.
It’s clear that the staff here are either poorly trained or simply don’t care about their jobs, as they give off the impression that they are being forced to work. This attitude is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role.
To top it off, the overall quality of food and beverages at this location doesn’t meet the standards of other Tim Hortons branches. It’s disappointing to see such a stark difference in service and quality compared to what I’m used to at other locations. I would not recommend this particular branch and will likely avoid it in the future.

staff is incompetent, barely speaks English, and gives attitude when you kindly ask for your order to be remade, when you were given something completely different from what you ordered. Since when does a large coffee include an earl gray teabag in it?.
This location is also usually packed full of homeless people interrogating customers for money. The staff seems to pretend they aren't there. Don't expect to be able to sit in this Tims for very long, if at all.
