I’m currently a patient at Parkwood. Some family came to visit me on Sunday. We went downstairs for a snack at about 1:20p. There was NO ONE behind us. So we stood back to view the baked goods. The gentleman behind the counter, and I use that term loosely, didn’t greet us but just barked out “what do you want”? Since I knew my order I told him mine and said “ it’s all in the same bill “. His response was something along the lines of “so?” Each of my family put in their order. My nephew inquired about soft drinks and the response was an exaggerated sign and a dismissive “ they are in the cooler”. There was 4 of us total. He missed giving my nephew his donut. All totalled it was a miserable experience. When I came back upstairs I found out a lot of the staff do not go to that Timmies but bring it in from an outside instead of dealing with him. He could use a course in customer service. Or at least a mystery shopper needs to pay a visit. I’m stuck here for another 3 months.so I may have to shop there again. But if people are coming to visit I’m going to advise them to bring in from the outside.

I’m not sure what to think? I was out for a walk with my puppy and decided to stop to pick up some donuts . I had no way of tying up my small dog, so I politely asked for service for takeout. I was declined because I was carrying my dog and was offered no service: there was no other people in the store! We stood out side, ask a young woman to assist us in purchasing some donuts and we were declined: she was too busy. Well I’m not sure if it’s because I’m Asian, or 61 yr old man or it’s the Covid-19?? What ever happen to human kindness?

Tried to use my tim points on an ice coffee, couldn't and the employee accidentally took off my free drink and wouldn't refund it

Worst service ever !! ..she was very rude and it was only 8 am!!! ...when we go to the hospital the least we need is somebody soo ignorant..Very desapointed

This Timmy's is at Parkwood Hospital and can get everything just like the stand alone stores.
