If you wanna buy something and you have a $100 bill, they won't break your dollar cause your money is nit good there. 👎

Showcase always empty. No standards for Timbits. I requested Medium coffee they gave small. Once I requested for steeped tea but it was coffee. Even they don't know what they are doing.
In short, very bad service.

I just have to go for my class and I bought a coffee. The lady was very annoying. They don’t know how to greet students in the morning. I don’t have words to say for her. She is very very very, very, very rude. I don’t know how the guy is good job here.

Worst service the lady who took my order was in next level attitude i don't know why and they throw my coffee in front of me instead to serve me welll .

I placed my mobile order twice there and when I go there to pick up my food. The only answer they have is we don’t have that and asked me to take something else or get the refund. This is not a good way to treat your customers. The Tim Hortons application says that they have and that’s why I ordered. Some menu changes are needed to be done for this location on the application.

Seriously avoid, it's an extra 15 minute walk to the Tim's on Highbury. The staff here are slow and rude. I was waiting in line with a classmate and I ordered before him and got an icecap and once I got mine he ordered an icecap too. The cashier looked at us and yelled that we should have ordered together. My classmate is new to Canada and I had ensure him this wasn't normal behavior. Seriously, in what world is this ok? I don't care if IceCaps take time to make, him and I ordered separately.

How about you simply replace the senior staff with the new ones? The staff gets extremely annoyed if they’re told to reverse any action - telling them that I have to scan my points before I pay, for example. It doesn’t even take a second to reverse. They have to endure the very fact that they’re working in ‘customer service’. They should know their liabilities. I wouldn’t name the lady but it’s so annoying.
Worst experience when I said I want a ice cap the lady employee is asking me is that hot Or cold is there any sense and she is getting angry on me with out a reason just because she is not capable to handle customers
