Usually when i order a herb and garlic pastry from a Tim, they usually heat it up but when i asked them about heating up my herb and garlic pastry that i got from this place, they told that they didn’t have an oven to heat up. Kindly get this Tim Hortons at Fanshawe a oven to heat up these.

Such. A disgusting experience today i went to store beacuse it opens at 8 and i went at 8.15 but the old lady was so so rude has no manners at all to deal with others. Spoil my whole day i used to eat and drink daily here but from now i will never go back doesn’t matter how hungry i will be. Should change employees

There was a lady, she was very rude because we want to change our oder instead of iced coffee we said change it to ice cap. She started giving us weird expressions. She did have her name batch on that’s why i don’t know her name. She ruined our mood. Such a bad customer service.
It’s been 3rd time Teresa being rude every time.
Jessica was so friendly and helpful! I have gotten coffee two days in a row and she was nothing but pleasant!!

Showcase always empty. No standards for Timbits. I requested Medium coffee they gave small. Once I requested for steeped tea but it was coffee. Even they don't know what they are doing.
In short, very bad service.
