I placed my mobile order twice there and when I go there to pick up my food. The only answer they have is we don’t have that and asked me to take something else or get the refund. This is not a good way to treat your customers. The Tim Hortons application says that they have and that’s why I ordered. Some menu changes are needed to be done for this location on the application.

Seriously avoid, it's an extra 15 minute walk to the Tim's on Highbury. The staff here are slow and rude. I was waiting in line with a classmate and I ordered before him and got an icecap and once I got mine he ordered an icecap too. The cashier looked at us and yelled that we should have ordered together. My classmate is new to Canada and I had ensure him this wasn't normal behavior. Seriously, in what world is this ok? I don't care if IceCaps take time to make, him and I ordered separately.

How about you simply replace the senior staff with the new ones? The staff gets extremely annoyed if they’re told to reverse any action - telling them that I have to scan my points before I pay, for example. It doesn’t even take a second to reverse. They have to endure the very fact that they’re working in ‘customer service’. They should know their liabilities. I wouldn’t name the lady but it’s so annoying.

Worst experience when I said I want a ice cap the lady employee is asking me is that hot Or cold is there any sense and she is getting angry on me with out a reason just because she is not capable to handle customers

The lade names Medyy, works in fanshawe college she is rude and mean, doe not know anything about app all times same excuse i cannot see or doesnot know because she doesnot use app, and does not try to ask other people who know, when customer ask her if other person can help she tries to not get help. Has a mean behavior. Is she doensot use app does that means tim should close the app and rewards thing, i had 2 rewards to claim i could not open them and ending date was same day and she didnot tried to help and doesnot try to take help from other people. On the top she said its not commercial tim and these rewards cannot work here like really? Where ? is there a special tim outside where these things work well tim doesnot specify that!
