This Tim Hortons does not have the washrooms locked which I appreciate, and they were clean. The guy at cashier was responsive. The food was hot and good. There were some crumbs on bar table I was seated at. The food was a tad slow but not a bad speed.

The degradation in quality at all Tim Hortons locations in the last decade or so is quite sad, and this one is no exception. Sausage English Muffin was not warm, and was thrown together sloppily.

Stopped in to Order a chicken wrap they said sorry we just ran out of chicken. I said OK. Can I order a turkey bacon sandwich. Sorry we’re all out of buns. I can’t seem to go to a Tim Hortons location without them being out of something I want to order.

Ordered double toasted bagel, barely toasted at all.. Ordered tea double cupped and with both bags in. Pull up to the window and the tea comes with a sleeve and only one bag in, and when I mention I ordered it double cupped, I get the response 'oh, I didn't charge you for the second cup.' That's not my fault. I drink orange pekoe tea. Not steeped tea that can go cold waiting for people to order it. The tea comes HOT. It needs to be double cupped like it used to come standard!! She made it sound like a favour to me. No, she needed to correct my order. Get it right the first time! I had to put my own second tea bag in.

2nd last visit - They had no bacon and no buns for a Turkey Club. Had to have a Ranch wrap without bacon.

Last visit - They had no bacon, no buns, no mayo and no breakfast sandwiches. Had to have a wrap with just chicken on it.

Next visit - I think that I'll be heading somewhere else as apparently they're running out of food.
