Stopped in to Order a chicken wrap they said sorry we just ran out of chicken. I said OK. Can I order a turkey bacon sandwich. Sorry we’re all out of buns. I can’t seem to go to a Tim Hortons location without them being out of something I want to order.

Ordered double toasted bagel, barely toasted at all.. Ordered tea double cupped and with both bags in. Pull up to the window and the tea comes with a sleeve and only one bag in, and when I mention I ordered it double cupped, I get the response 'oh, I didn't charge you for the second cup.' That's not my fault. I drink orange pekoe tea. Not steeped tea that can go cold waiting for people to order it. The tea comes HOT. It needs to be double cupped like it used to come standard!! She made it sound like a favour to me. No, she needed to correct my order. Get it right the first time! I had to put my own second tea bag in.

2nd last visit - They had no bacon and no buns for a Turkey Club. Had to have a Ranch wrap without bacon.
Last visit - They had no bacon, no buns, no mayo and no breakfast sandwiches. Had to have a wrap with just chicken on it.
Next visit - I think that I'll be heading somewhere else as apparently they're running out of food.

I met a very smart and sincere server today.... Amal, the tall handsome guy was very sweet and polite who served the food with a very pleasant smile. Just because of his behaviour, i would like to give maximum ratings for service. Congratulations, Tim for finding such reliable guys as server and making our day awesome.

Came to this location around 1245 on August 26th ordered a coffee and a tea biscuit never asked if I wanted warm it up very rude cashier tables all dirty and to top it off some speaking a foreign language just not acceptable.

Location generally has quick service, however they have one staff member that takes orders over the speaker. She is constantly rude, cuts off the customer while ordering and while ordering two coffees was rushing me asking "is that everything" 6 to 7 times. Not great customer service, and does not welcome another visit to this location.

I live about 4 km away from this location I tried every other Tim Hortons around thus area none of them makes a real Tim Horton coffee except this location I always come here for my coffee routine and every time they nail it the coffee tastes just as it should I have no idea what do they do but this is location for Tim Horton coffee.
