I order lemonade with sparkling water but guy name “Amit” at drive through refuses to make this drink and was so rude .didn’t even try listen all rudely shoutout to move out from lane.

Almost empty when I went there this afternoon, not busy at all. Nice environment and efficient services, a typical Tim Hortons.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I ordered and paid for a large cup of hot water, but was given a small cup with regular-temperature water instead. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the staff refused, stating it was “not in their policy.” I’m still unsure what policy they were referring to, as I’ve never encountered this issue at any other Tim Hortons.

What made the situation worse was the rude attitude of the employee—a young woman with glasses. Her tone was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service courtesy. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive what I pay for, especially when it’s something as simple as hot water.

I urge the owner or manager of this Tim Hortons to provide better training to the staff, particularly in communication and customer care. No one deserves to be treated poorly over a simple request.

They didn’t give me the promotion I went for. Everything I ordered was eligible for the dinner deal. I was told that it was an LTO and is over whereas promotion is going on until August 17th, 2025.

Beware of such scammers they would not care about the guest experience but just after running their business. Certainly, not doing that effectively. They have lost a customer and I’m sure the count doesn’t end at me alone. Tim Hortons should really keep an eye out for such operators who are not complying with the brand.

Disappointed with Inconsistent Service – Needs Improvement

I visited Tim Hortons recently and feel it’s important to share my experience in hopes of better service in the future.

Yesterday, I went in after 4 PM to order the egg bites, only to be told they don’t sell them after 4 PM. This was frustrating, especially since I’ve been able to purchase them at other Tim Hortons locations without any issue.

Then again today, I returned in the morning expecting to order egg bites with four cheese—only to be told they’re no longer available, despite the item still being on the menu.

This kind of inconsistency, lack of clear communication, and zero explanation or effort to accommodate a loyal customer is extremely disappointing.

I hope Tim Hortons takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and menu consistency across all locations. Customers deserve better.
