Service is always super slow, the store wasn't even busy and only 2 people were in line I waited 5 minutes before deciding to leave because the person ahead of me wasn't being served. For future reference a good "we will be with you in a moment" would be helpful rather than no service and just feeling like the people in the store were being ignored. This is every time I go into this store it is always slow service no matter how busy or slow it is.

3 days ago in the early morning, I parked my car in their parking lot and went inside to buy coffee and snacks. Then I noticed huge scratches on my car's front passenger side door after I got home. So I went back to this place right away to ask the manager to check their security camera to see if any cars were trying to park beside mine as I remembered the exact time I was there and I stopped by only 15 mins. They refused to help. Hey, I'm not asking you to show me the footage. I just need to confirm if the incident happened in this parking lot or not as I need the information for filing a claim with my insurance company. Fine, a police report was filed. Thanks for not helping your customer in the case of hit and run.

December 2 2023. 4:28pm. Walked in to order. After waving someone down to serve me. It took 16 mins for a coffee, two bagels and a craveable. Food was not warm, it wouldn’t be when I watched them do one item at a time and back to drive thru. Seemed more concerned about the drive thru. Very disappointed maybe hire some staff.I did contact # Dec 6th 3 pm. Still waiting for resolution.

Good place but there's gonna be a battle with the Chick Filay people. Poorly designed drive thru cars going to chick filay block the entrance into this tim Hortons. Also chick filay customers take up most of tim Hortons parking lot. They also use driving range entrance to put the overflow cars. Blocking that. Chick filay stays this busy I can't see Tim's and the golf range allowing this to continue

We went thru your drive thru tonight at about 8pm tonight, on November 25th. There was a gentleman/Young man working. You sir need to be told, YOU ARE WONDERFUL AND AMAZING, ❤️! You double checked our order and the drinks were made to perfection. You and the team did amazing!! Thank you all for your hard work, it is not easy working in customer service these days! Keep smiling and trying your best!
