Shar is always so cheerful, she greets everyone with a beautiful smile. All the staff at the Oxford St W location make my visits very enjoyable. Quite often I have to customize my food for diet restrictions. They have never gotten it wrong, it is always perfectly prepared!

Nice and well-decorated establishment with very very slow and clumsy staff. I have not yet encountered slower service and a smaller assortment available. I hope it will improve.
Parking: It is not very big and not comfortable.
Kid-friendliness: There are many children's products, and the staff and the premises are not child-friendly. Even McDonald's nearby is more friendly, unfortunately.

It’s really an amazing place and really good staff.
(Went on April 17 2024) Very disappointed with my experience, I went in and asked for an egg belt they gave me a bacon belt. I asked them to remake it, and all they did was take off the bacon and gave it back to me when i took a bite. You can taste the bacon. And they just ended up, smothering it with mayo to cover it up (yes bacon was taken off But it was not remade) And it’s an issue because I am not supposed to consume any pork and the fact that they removed it and gave it back is disgusting if i woulda had allergies and I asked that something is not on there and they just take it off and give it back out to still had a reaction I’m very disappointed I used to come to this location on weekly basis but not anymore
