Fast and super friendly! The kind of service and chit chat that I don’t usually come to expect from a quick service restaurant. It felt like the kind of place I’d actually want to come back to - simply because the people working there were wonderful.
Friendly staff.
I came in here. I didn’t even order yet. I just sat down to get my stuff settled and they tried to kick me out for not having food yet. I was gonna go order a whole ass meal. Next thing you know I go to my seat and I find the ladybugs flying around then I go on a bagel and there’s ants in the Bag
This might be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service was horrible. I’m not coming back here and I suggest for you to not even come here and waste your time. AC also wasn’t working and it was so hot and I biked here after church so this is terrible.
In response to the owner requesting some details, no problem!
Hands down the biggest thing is the drive through. They have a 2-lane drive through, but they have one person doing both lanes. This is perfect because it allows a smooth back and fourth between lanes.
I don’t think I can mention another business as a comparison, so I’ll just say there’s another big chain fast food restaurant nearby that struggles with the drive through (no one at the speaker for example), and if you’ve been to both, you’d know why I can confidently say that with Tim’s drive through, I’m Loving It!
The other thing is the staff are always super nice. I mean, with the morning rush that they get, good on the staff for keeping up the good vibes.
I went for breakfast today to be told that they are out of eggs!!?? So I went next door to the McDonald's and spent my money there!! Guess what? They weren't out of eggs!!!
Asked for extra butter on a bagel, but the half side was almost dry. Even tho I emphasized it at the speaker.
Coffee I ordered was fine. Also waited about 6 minutes at drive thru.

Shar is always so cheerful, she greets everyone with a beautiful smile. All the staff at the Oxford St W location make my visits very enjoyable. Quite often I have to customize my food for diet restrictions. They have never gotten it wrong, it is always perfectly prepared!

The floor here is sooo dirty. If the front of the house looks like this imagine the back of the house. Would have been a great experience if it was cleaned regularly.

Nice and well-decorated establishment with very very slow and clumsy staff. I have not yet encountered slower service and a smaller assortment available. I hope it will improve.
Parking: It is not very big and not comfortable.
Kid-friendliness: There are many children's products, and the staff and the premises are not child-friendly. Even McDonald's nearby is more friendly, unfortunately.

The location is perfect, but all employees are not in the mood to serve anything. Those employees(all girls) don't want any customer. Worst service which I ever seen in any tim hortons.
Didn't get what I wanted.
