it's located within the college campus and it is a convenient spot for students and staff. They offer a variety of coffee, pastries, and quick meals. However, the place is often very busy, especially during peak hours, making it challenging to find seating. The limited space seems inadequate to serve the large number of customers efficiently. Expanding the seating area or adding more service counters could greatly improve the experience. Additionally, the operating hours are somewhat limited, closing at 5:00 PM on weekdays, which may not accommodate everyone's schedule. Overall, while the offerings are typical of the brand, the crowded environment and limited hours suggest a need for expansion or improved service capacity.

Today before my 9am class I went to get a coffee. I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee, got my coffee, and made my way to class. It wasn't until I took a sip in class that the coffee was extremely strong and bitter. I went back and asked if I could just get a little bit more cream into the cup. The lady told me not to worry and said she will remake it fully with extra cream and caramel. I told her she didn't need to do that, but she insisted and made me a new coffee. I want to thank this employee for being extremely kind and having excellent customer service. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but she was amazing and the coffee was good!!!

They didn't even accepted tims coupon in the campus, they said they don't accept in the campus Tim Hortons, only accepted in outside Tim Hortons, I don't why, even though it's Tim's coupon, which is supposed to accept in all Tim Hortons. Really bad experience.

I really don't know if the staffs in this place are actually interested in doing their job. This is by far the worst service I have received from a Tim Hortons store. They were so slow that they literally took over 15 minutes to serve the 10 people in the line. Thanks to them, I was late to my class. There were two people to take the order from a single counter. Still, they couldn't keep up. They worked like they don't even know what they were doing. The coffee that I got after this long wait time wasn't even good. I ordered a medium triple triple, but I don't know what the hell was it that they gave me. I have always received much better service and drinks from the other Tim Hortons outlet in Fanshawe College. I would rather go there than come here anymore.

I don’t know if the staff here are not treated well or what but I have had and know others who have had so many bad experiences here. The attitude it unreal. Just saw a girl order a bagel and was waiting where the sign said pick up, but the lady yelled at her saying she was on the wrong side and that she needs to listen better.I avoid this location and would reccomend that if you want something quick, go to the self serve. Sue at that location is incredible.
