Today before my 9am class I went to get a coffee. I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee, got my coffee, and made my way to class. It wasn't until I took a sip in class that the coffee was extremely strong and bitter. I went back and asked if I could just get a little bit more cream into the cup. The lady told me not to worry and said she will remake it fully with extra cream and caramel. I told her she didn't need to do that, but she insisted and made me a new coffee....
