Their hashbrowns taste disgusting like they have been sitting in old oil or containers. My food is never made correctly, and you can tell they are just trying to get it out of the door without making sure its presentable and correct. Horrible location

For a long time I have had no issue with this place. Recently with new staff I have been told that cravable combos do not exist here by the staff, and this is the second time I did not get bacon on a sandwich I ordered that I did in fact pay extra for. Poor quality.

Y is it that your employees don't read. And it is not just your Tim Hortons it seems to be all of them.I just ordered an artisan bun cut and butteredI received it toasted. Where in the above statement does it say toasted.If it came up toasted that in on the one that pushed the buttons as she/he picked that on her/ his own.So tired or having to stop back around after I have gone on my way to waste gas to go in to ask for what I want not what they want to give me.

Time to skip tim hortons prices are up, and the quality right down the drain. My farmers' rap was not rolled, was flat as a pan cake. Staff just stands there have all those workers an only 2 are actually working.
Breakfast wrap in a piece paper instead the sleeve is this the new norm ??

Horrible found a hair baked into my food, worst part was the store did nothing about it neither did corporate, don’t go to this Tim Hortons especially when there is a Starbucks two blocks awayI posted my video on the tim Hortons Facebook page for all to see as well

How do you not have donuts at 7:45 in the morning? This is a tim hortons right?I came through druve through just wanting to get a donut and was informed that due to "a new hire" the donuts are coming "slower"
