The worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to and I've been to hundreds across Canada.
When you walk in they don't even acknowledge your existence even when you're the ONLY customer.

STAY AWAY! Go to any other location than this one. The brand is dying and this establishment is proof.

When you are stuck at work and need a cup of coffee with something sweet to keep you going, all it takes to make your evening a little better is getting a call from a super friendly employee who wants to make sure that even if what you ordered is not available you will get something same great in return. Absolutely the slowest service in the city, I've been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting for one coffee watching 25 cars go through the drive thru. Half the time their debit machine is down, or they get the order entirely wrong.

I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the behaviour of a lady manager who was working in the store on the evening of July 4th. She was extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers.

Her use of inappropriate language and unprofessional attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere for many. I believe this kind of behaviour is not in line with the store’s values or customer service standards.

I kindly request that this matter be looked into. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons due to the unacceptable behavior of the manager on duty. Rather than providing courteous and professional service, the manager was shockingly rude and used foul language towards me. This kind of conduct is not only disrespectful, but it completely goes against the values of customer service that Tim Hortons is known for.

It’s deeply concerning to see someone in a leadership position behave in such a manner, especially in a setting where customers expect a welcoming and respectful environment. Her actions not only caused distress to the customer involved, but also left a very negative impression on everyone who witnessed the interaction.

This kind of behavior damages the reputation of the entire brand and could seriously affect the business if left unaddressed. I sincerely hope the management or corporate team takes this matter seriously and provides appropriate training and accountability.

Until then, I will be reconsidering my visits to this location and will advise others to do the same.

The storefront was closed at night. We were forced to use the kiosk and it doesn't work with the app offers. The store used to be short staffed on the storefront a couple of weeks back, now it's downright closed at nights.

I expect very little from Tims anymore, but this one somehow was less than what I expected. Burnt the crap out of my bagel and barely said anything at the window.

Going through the drive through and ordered half my order only to be cut off and told to move up so i moved up . Only to be told that you cant change or add your order at the wondow anymore? Even though I wasn't able to order it? So they told me i had to go to the back of the line HA!!!! when did this change come into effect? Today, yesterday? Lmao never coming back to this tim Hortons again
