The storefront was closed at night. We were forced to use the kiosk and it doesn't work with the app offers. The store used to be short staffed on the storefront a couple of weeks back, now it's downright closed at nights.

I avoid this Tims as much as possible because they run out of donuts and eggs too frequently.
I expect very little from Tims anymore, but this one somehow was less than what I expected. Burnt the crap out of my bagel and barely said anything at the window.
They were fast at least

On 3 seperate occasions, in the drive through, ive asked for salt wedges, they say they dont have them, then i go inside and order them, and suddenly its not a problem? Not impressed, other than that its a very standards tims

We ordered 10 Tim bits (All flavored) but they gave only 3 types and they didn't inform me.

It seems like they are severely understaffed, and as a result, there was absolutely no personal service. They were only taking orders through kiosks, which is incredibly inconvenient for those who prefer or need to speak to a staff member, especially for custom orders or if you have questions about the menu.
Frustrating for regular customers like me.

I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff here are consistently friendly and welcoming, even during busy hours, and they always get my order right. The coffee is fresh, and the baked goods are always stocked and delicious. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant spot to grab a quick meal or take a break. This location truly stands out for its excellent service and attention to detail—highly recommend stopping by!
