Going through the drive through and ordered half my order only to be cut off and told to move up so i moved up . Only to be told that you cant change or add your order at the wondow anymore? Even though I wasn't able to order it? So they told me i had to go to the back of the line HA!!!! when did this change come into effect? Today, yesterday? It seems like they are severely understaffed, and as a result, there was absolutely no personal service. They were only taking orders through kiosks, which is incredibly inconvenient for those who prefer or need to speak to a staff member, especially for custom orders or if you have questions about the menu.
