I had good experience in here before but very recently the experience that I have is very bad.Especially there is a supervisor with specs. She is very arrogant towards the customers and her coworkers. Its not good for a supervisor to shout at her colleagues in front of customers. Also its not good for the supervisor to to be this rude against customers.I ordered a tea from the drive through kiosk and she doesn’t even want to hear my rest of the order. I asked her to add a muffin to it and she literally said “ I already send your order I can’t add any more”. Is this the customer service that Tim Hortans teach your employees?Meanwhile other staffs are apologizing behalf of her bad behaviour.This is outrageous.FYI : this latest incident happened 5 mins ago

Very bad experience! There is an employee with specs who is not willing to take orders through the kiosk! We live near by and orders every time from this store and she is always like that! Sooo rude and very arrogant towards customers and other coworkers!

Bad service..Quality of food going down day by day.Only gave priority to dt orders..Was waiting in line for 5 minutes gave the order ,ask for double toasted bagel i ordered 2 of them none of them was even properly single toasted..Went again to ask for double toasted they dont have any everything bagels..No apologize for anything..Waited 5-10 minutes for refund for my food..Girl name sangha showed attitude on giving refund instead of feeling sorry..Worst service of this store..Teach managers how to run floor ..

Went through drive through to order, had to go in as my espresso foam was in fact an espresso shot! Staff told me it was because they were out of foam…. Ummm disgusting! So I asked for a coffee, refund me for the foam and was told they can’t do that?! So I over paid for my coffee and was sent on my
New management is really messing up the Tim Hortons brand. Morning baker starts late so good luck actually getting anything you want for breakfast. Staff have no idea what customer service is and are routinely rude. One of the dirtiest fast food establishments I have ever stepped foot in. The health board will have a hay day here. Not to mention, hot food items are routinely served cold which can cause health issues to your customers. I have yet to be served my correct order and I now avoid this location at all costs.
