They never have any food ready to go. Options are limited. They argue with you about what you ordered. Make sure to get a receipt for proof of purchase. They only care about the drive thru. The counter inside takes forever. Although most Tim Hortons have gone south, this one in particular is the worst one I've been to.

I hate how I have to go in to the store to grab my food when I go through drivethrough. If the owner sees this please have a talk with your employee's as I don't really understand the need for a drive through if I have to go in to grab my food.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons location for the past 3–4 months. I can confidently say it’s one of the best-run cafés I’ve visited. The store is always well-maintained, clean, and organized — a true reflection of the team’s dedication and attention to detail.

What stands out the most is the outstanding customer service provided by the entire staff. Every visit feels welcoming, and the team consistently upholds the core values of Tim Hortons.

I’d like to especially recognize very kind and helpful person Ms.Neha, a team member who goes above and beyond during every interaction. She’s consistently humble, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether it's suggesting menu items that best match my preferences or simply offering a kind greeting, Neha’s dedication is unmatched. She actively services multiple people at a time with appropriate orders and promotes the café’s values, adheres to store policies, and represents the brand with excellence.

Neha is not only a trusted and reliable team member, I have been observed her that I she had a strong leadership potential working with her colleagues. Her consistent performance, positive attitude, and customer-first approach make her a valuable asset to the team. I genuinely want to share with store management to recognize her contributions and potentials.

Always greeted with a smile and my coffee is usually ready before I order good service

I mean I've been to slow Tim Hortons before, but this one takes the cake.

Employees have zero sense of urgency, I came into the lobby at 7:10pm to a line up of people and they prioritized drive-thrush vs the lobby.

It took almost 30 minutes to get 2 donuts, and iced capp and a garlic bread.

Honestly, the one employee walked at a snails pace with no care or concern for the time of customers.
