I was disappointed they did not have water, Diet Coke, croissant, or cinnamon raisin bagel or chili I asked why? the manger said the truck was delayed I don’t know where it was coming from we came from Niagra falls and the 401, and 403 were clear. They charged us 10 cents for a cup to put water in. The girl waiting on us was struggling to speak English to take our order. I asked to speak to the manager she was sweet and said so sorry she did not offer a free donut or anything. I wished we had stopped somewhere else

Well its well known fact that Timhorton is the best and inexpensive go to coffee hub. What can I say more about it. Its Canada’s most famous and most loved place. For me its my day to day place to get that first sip of the day to get going!

Always fresh food and great service by team. Lobby area always look cleaned and shine. Today when I went to grab coffee showcase was looking so attractive so I also bought chocolate dip donut. Staff is really friendly and always serves with smile.

Staff are friendly, but the portion sizes here are absolutely horrible... ive come here many times and the wraps are always 75% smaller than everywhere else I order (order same combo alot). Have brought it up to staff and they fix it but it sucks having to tell them every single time I order that I just want a normal sized wrap (especially when have been waiting and have no longer have enough time for them to fix it)... i will no longer order at this location because it is a waste of money...
