I don't usually leave reviews on places, but this is a Tim Hortons that I find myself visiting quite often, and I have been extremely disappointed with them as of recent. Within the past year alone, the service and quality of the products has gone done severely. I thought I would leave a review detailing my thoughts in the hopes that some change can come, as I love Tims.
Food: In terms of products, my biggest complaint comes in the form of Iced Coffee's especially. I'm not sure if they changed what cream or milk they use, or if the employee's are just not making them properly, but as of recent, they have been extremely mediocre at best and awful at worst. Even something as good as the Iced Capp, which seems impossible to mess up, is sometimes really mediocre. Food has been pretty good for me personally, I have a go-to order and rarely have issues with it, other than the occasional lack of supply or sometimes serving burnt food. 3 stars.
Service: This is where I feel a lot of people's issues lie. One thing you'll notice about the service at this Tims is the speed. When people come to get coffee, they're often in a rush. I don't go through the drive-thru, so I can't speak on that, but the service inside is pretty pitiful. The place always seems pretty well staffed, so there is absolutely no reason that it should take 20 minutes to get my order in front of me. I've timed it several times, even orders as simple as a single Iced Capp can take just under 10 minutes. Ordering food is a risk due to this, because if you have places to be, don't bother. The staff is generally pretty nice, but I can definitely understand them being a bit miserable sometimes working there, so no complaints on any staff in specific. I more so feel bad for them. The speed however, really needs some work. I've sat in this Tims many times where I've heard people complain about long waits and messed up orders, and the fact that it's relatively common is saying something. 2 stars.
Atmosphere: Not much to complain about here, so I'll keep it brief. It's a nice building, with a nice interior, in a convenient area. It's pretty well kept and clean, and has a nice layout that's often updated to stay trendy and consistent with Tims constantly evolving branding. It gets 4 stars simply due to the fact that I prefer the old Tims branding and layout, but this is good for what it is.
Overall: 3 stars. None of this is enough to stop me from going to Tims, as I love their products, and the location is incredibly convenient to me. However, if the service and quality of the products gets any worse, I may be tempted to stop going and start making my own coffees and food. Solely because the place is slowly losing it's value if you're paying that much for such mediocrity. Thank you for reading my review, my best wishes go out to the business and it's consumers.

I went in today and ordered an egg belt and a farmers market wrap both with NO meat, when i finally received my order we smelt the bag and it was clear there was bacon on our items. we opened our items and as we guessed there was. we later returned and explained the situation to extremely snarky attitudes and speaking other languages that i could not understand. the lady making our food came up to us at least 5 separate times asking the same question over and over again to the point of irritation. after making other orders first she read out of eggs and told us a 5 minute wait and asked with a scoff if we would like to wait to which i said yes as i had already waited at least ten minutes, after half an hour we got our food and left. extremely disappointed with service and with staff.

Every time I come here, they’re out of basically everything. Never any soup, donuts out of stock, drinks out of stock. Frustrating because it’s right beside the Tesla chargers so what could have been a great convenience is useless. If possible, go to a different location in London.

There was 5 people "working" but 4 were servicing driv thru and only 1 woman was taking walk in orders and making food. Doing all the work. Seems like they track drive thru orders and not walk ins. Terrible.
