I don't usually leave reviews on places, but this is a Tim Hortons that I find myself visiting quite often, and I have been extremely disappointed with them as of recent. Within the past year alone, the service and quality of the products has gone done severely. I thought I would leave a review detailing my thoughts in the hopes that some change can come, as I love Tims.

Food: In terms of products, my biggest complaint comes in the form of Iced Coffee's...

There was 5 people "working" but 4 were servicing driv thru and only 1 woman was taking walk in orders and making food. Doing all the work. Seems like they track drive thru orders and not walk ins. Terrible.

A great experience today with this location, I see a big change all was good. Special thanks to the lovely employee who served us today “Sneha”, very friendly person - so keep it up and keep your beautiful smile ?
