our family has had to switch to the tims on veterans which is further from our house. We usually go to tims 2-3 times a week. this location is just unbelivably bad. our usual is 2 large and 1 small double double and 1 steep tea with milk. very easy order. im not exaggerating when i say 50% of the time the order is wrong, milk in the coffee or cream in the tea, sizes wrong, the lids marked wrong. I have out of frustration comfirmed at the window more then once 3 coffes one tea and get home sure enough 4 coffees. Its usually the same 3-4 staff members causing all the problems, some of the staff are really good. But its constant, cant even leave the parking lot without checking everything. we sometimes ordered food and thats a whole other story. Hopfully management can fix this location, its been a well know hangout in the east end for 20 years. but for now ill go driving past to the next one.

Went into the store to put money on gift cards, Gladwin was very helpful, friendly and organized with my orders. Thank you for that, and of course a large coffee with non booze bailey's. Love it!

Went into the store to grab a coffee because I had my own travel mug and wanted to use it. Ordered a coffee refill and handed them my mug. They filled a disposable cup, poured it into my mug, and then threw the cup in the trash. Kinda defeated the purpose of me bringing a reusable mug. What a pathetic store. Just another excuse to keep shopping at your local Cafe

The older lady ALWAYS, not once not twice ALWAYS gets my order wrong and then the staff is all upset as they have to redo.

The person in the drive through is not polite while taking the order
i ordered for bagels, its yesterday 6:30 evening.his way of talking was very rude.i forget his name.he didn't know about customer service.two employee was there.they did not know how to behave with customer.always rude with customers.i request to everyone to avoid this tim horton.its was my second time experience. same experience with same guy was in drive thru couple of days ago.

Like most Tim Hortons these days the service at the drive through is t so great. But this stores drive through is the worst. The person today hands me my coffees hold it by the top with hers hands. I ask why and she says because that’s how I do it. She handles money and debit machine. I told her I am immune compromised and she didn’t care. Also no napkins in my bag of food. So I asked for some and seemed to inconvenience her. Normally I get one napkin only and when I asked the other girl why only one napkin im told they were told by the manager that they only to give each customer one napkin only. This is pathetic.
