This is the worst Tims in the city, 3 out of 5 orders a week are wrong! How hard is it to make a vanilla latte? Twice they didn’t put vanilla and once they put whipped cream on it for some reason. Take the time to train your staff or hire competent people

our family has had to switch to the tims on veterans which is further from our house. We usually go to tims 2-3 times a week. this location is just unbelivably bad. our usual is 2 large and 1 small double double and 1 steep tea with milk. very easy order. im not exaggerating when i say 50% of the time the order is wrong, milk in the coffee or cream in the tea, sizes wrong, the lids marked wrong. I have out of frustration comfirmed at the window more then once 3 coffes one tea and get home sure enough 4 coffees. Its usually the same 3-4 staff members causing all the problems, some of the staff are really good. But its constant, cant even leave the parking lot without checking everything. we sometimes ordered food and thats a whole other story. Hopfully management can fix this location, its been a well know hangout in the east end for 20 years. but for now ill go driving past to the next one.
