They take advantage of students, they don't offer any of the normal deals or rewards card program, bad service and cold coffee/tea

Im not impressed. I had to wait in line foever because the staff were talking and not taking orders. I get to the counter and the lady calls me up. As im ordering she starts talking to someone else. she asks me to repeat myself, and when I do she still gets my order wrong. The LT in BELT stands for lettuce and tomatos GIVE ME MY LETTUCE PLEASE

I had a tim Hortons dark roast today morning at 8.40am in seB building they gave a cold medium coffee which was supposed to be hot. They just opened how can they have cold coffee which leaves me intrigued.Next time serve hot coffee please I don't want a cold coffee on a cold day.
Sweetest workers ever. I dropped my drink and she gave me a free drink to replace it. Love these ladies so much. Best service. 10/10

It’s a lovely place with lovely service and very clean.The food is delicious and the staff are so helpful I would recommend this to anyone!
