0/5 stars, rude and gave me wrong order even after I asked to change it.

I ordered a blackberry yuzu, when they asked for lemonade or sparkling water I asked if they can put half and half. Every Tim hortons I’ve been too always say yes and have no problem doing that. When I got my drink they only put lemonade and added no sparking water. I asked them nicely if they can please add some sparkling water. This lady starts giving attitude and saying I have to order a new one for her to make it how I asked originally. Eventually the worker gave me they left over sparking water in the bottle that was a day old and tasted like tap water. Completely disrespectful and should never work at customer service job again.

I’m not one to complain about small things like this but common. I literally just asked for sparking water and you’re throwing a whole fit about it. Acting as if that sparking water is coming out of her pay cheque.

Absolutely horrible experience, asked for a sparkling quencher instead I get no sparkles at all. When I came back to get the order done correct they refused to do so, trying to convince me that the order was correct. When asked to add just a bit more sparkling water they gave an old bottle that was a day old and tasted like just normal water. Never coming back here again.

The staff do not know what burnt is, even when you ask for lightly toasted it still comes out charred. You can smell the char the moment they hand it to you and when you point this out they get angry at you.

Haven't had bagels, buscuits or english muffins this burnt from Tim Horton's since the ones at LHSC.

I don't like complaining, but ever since I been drinking ice cap or aby drinks in this store I always go to the bathroom badly. Please do something or the Middlesex will hear this. I small children and they get sick too.
