This place has gone down hill. The staff is rude and have no customer service skills. I don't like to get even a coffee there anymore. They don't puy any effort into making drinks and have neve gotten an order right.

This used to be my go-to location as I’ve lived in the area for 7 years. Over the past three years, I’ve noticed the service has declined along with availability of standard menu items.I’m unsure if there was an ownership change, but as a former 6 year Tim Hortons employee I’m so disappointed in a company I used to adore.Also, the plain bagel toasted with extra butter I had to resort to because you have NO items available - has approx 1 tsp of butter. I’m not returning. I’m sorry. Shoutout to the few employees here that have been great during my regular visits over the years.Eggs are 9/10 times green, and have shell remnants. The amount of times I’ve wasted money here ends today.

Like all Tim Hortons there's usually a line at drive thru and walk in. For some reason they tend to run out of certain items and it usually the item I want to order. Murphys law I guess.

Tim Hortons known for fresh coffeeThis location seems to "run out" of coffee which actually means coffee pot is empty and we don't want to make more!New guy working today didn't feel like making me a dark roast.... This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in all of Canada. Tim Hortons as a whole has been on a steep decline and this location is the perfect example of why. No life in Canada without Tim ?! Budget friendly coffee. My favorite is Double double medium size with one shot of caramel! They serve great breakfast ? here! You must try if you haven't tried any.

Absolutely disgusting customer service just now from the lady that was on the P.A system. We were trying to place an order for 3 permanent hot chocolate and a couple cookies for my kids to have while we drove around looking at Christmas lights. While ordering the lady was extremely short tempered with us and treated us like we weren't welcome there. I drove off without finishing my order and went to a different one to give my money to, and I will not be returning to this one more recommending to go here either.

Went through the drive thru. Didn’t get a total or anything. I said my order and it was silent. Once o got to the window o saw they messed up my order. They then blamed it on me and said I was changing my order but I didnt. The person I spoke to was very rude.

I have visited this location 3 times this month and went inside and waited from 7-20 minutes being the only person there and only ordering a coffee with milk. PAY ATTENTION TO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE ON FOOT NOT JUST IN A DRIVE THRU. MAKE ONE EMPLOYEE ONLY FOCUS ON STORE FRONT AND NOT ALSO DRIVE THRU YOU HAVE 10 STAFF ALL ON DRIVE THRU ALREADYpeople walked out before I went in and they were yelling that's taking forever with nothing in their hands

Came through not to long ago. The service was good and fast but ordered a bacon farmers rap and the hash browns was hard and my coffee wasn’t right or marked so maybe they gave us the wrong one.

Incompetent is the word that best describes this location. When you order an everything bagel, with herb and garlic cream cheese with tomato slices and get a plain bagel toasted with butter something is obviously not correct.. I was already at work when this happened so I called the location and informed them of the mistake, was told by a woman over the phone how sorry she was and was told to address this the next time I was there and my bagel would be made complimentary. Fast forward 2-3weeks, I do as instructed and the manager at this location fights me tooth and nail that this isn’t protocol and will not be assisting with their incompetent mess up. This is by far not the first time, but it will be the last. Train your staff and learn something about management if you really want to call yourself and manager, because all you did was manage to piss someone off!
