MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK THE TOTAL!!! Every time I've come to this location they add items to my order that I didn't order, and I'm suspecting they ring in items for their lunch. Avoid.

They charge extra all the time. As I always have a Small Regular in Medium cup. All other Tim Hortans stores do not charge for the medium cup because they are giving that instead of small. However, this location always charge $0.10 extra for the medium cup. This doesn’t make any sense. They should charge extra only if I ask for an extra cup.

WORST SERVICE!!! WORST SERVICE !!! WORST SERVICE, this is not my first time visiting this place , the customer service is terrible, even after returning back twice they serve the cold ( asked for hot) coffees, the food was asked to customise which was not done and repeatedly being served the same without customised…. Very very disappointing that this branch should be bycotted……. When you cannot provide proper standards then what’s the point having this franchise ……. Please 🙏 don’t spoil the Tim Hortons brand with this service.
