I like this store as it is on my way to the highway It is always clean and has friendly staff I always have a pleasant experience

Fairly good, Tim Hortons; the food is Tim Hortons quality good, same with the coffee.
Although, they always mess up the coffee size.
There is a slight wait not abnormal for a coffee shop. It isn't normally very busy inside.

We order a massive weekly order of donuts and coffee for our team at work. The staff at this location in particular are super helpful and always on time. We have been doing this for years and they never miss our order or get it wrong. The staff here are great and I always recommend this location.

As a customer of Tim Hortons for over 30 years, I went in excited this morning to collect a birthday rewards. I was told by the cashier that she had “no clue” about the rewards program. She told me “I just can’t give you stuff for free and I never heard of giving away free stuff on birthdays.” She went and called her supervisor, name Mellisa and I was disgracefully embarrassed the way she treated me. She was so loud, condescending, unprofessional and embarrassing that everyone was looking at me. She made me feel like I was there seeking pity for a reward that the company offers. Somehow, the rewards card was not working and Mellissa looked straight at me and told me that, “I don’t know if you are using someone else’s card and I can’t just give anyone that walk in here free stuff!” I told her if she want to verify my identity, I can give her my ID. This was so loud and embarrassing and everyone was staring at me. I have a significant social media following and I thought this would be an amazing time to vlog about what people can get on their birthdays. I mean in a way, I would have content but I am also giving them free advertisement. I will absolutely share my experience on all my social media platforms with hundreds of thousands of followers about how I was treated by Mellissa and her staff.

Twice I've gotten terrible coffee here and swore I'd never go back. Today my fiancé went in to get us a breakfast sandwich. The order was wrong and cold and when he took it back in, they gave him 2 eggs and no apologies. It's a sad day when businesses don't care about any one individual because many are lined up to put money in their hands. I will NEVER purchase anything at this location and maybe it is time to stop giving any money to any Tim Hortons, especially since they are no longer a Canadian company.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was interrupted while I was ordering SO MANY TIMES I gave up and didn't even bother finishing. They obviously weren't listening because I had to correct the order on the screen twice, and they still got it wrong. To top it all off, my sandwich was completely wrong! How do you not put mayo or BACON on a BELT?!?

I ordered 4 coffee through mobile app in this store on 29 th december around 3:55pm. The service was really slow and they were avoiding mobile order and only handing out other order. Also, I asked about my coffee and they were a girl working over there avoiding me and I had to wait for 20 minutes for my order. The taste of coffee was not good as well.

Great food, fast service. However the staff at this location are very unsympathetic to people who might need services besides food and drinks such as a washroom or to get warm or dry depending on weather, if you don't buy anything you get kicked out immediately and they remember you so that the next time you go in they're quick to jump assuming your not there for any good and will literally kick you out as soon as you walk into the restaurant. If come to find their error and you were actually trying to make a purchase they will say they don't want your money take it elsewhere and leave

Cashiers barely speak English and seem to be unable to distinguish one coin from another. Good luck getting correct change back. I bought a muffin in here and half of it was burnt and stuck to the inside of the paper.

"I recently had a very disappointing experience at the this location. During the morning shift around 7:00-7:30 AM. I ordered a small French Vanilla and was left waiting for my drink, only to find out it had been sitting there for an extended period. The staff member, who seemed uninterested and rude, failed to acknowledge my presence or inform me that my drink was ready. When I inquired about the drink, as there was no indication of my name or order number, he responded in a rude manner. This lack of customer service and basic courtesy was incredibly frustrating. It's disheartening to encounter such poor behavior from a company that prides itself on its customer-centric approach. I hope Tim Hortons takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that their staff members are trained to provide excellent service to all customers."

2 weeks ago they messed up my order and I let it go, today I found a HAIR in my bagel…. this is absolutely ridiculous, I don’t understand how food safety is handled at this location…
