I order iced coffee with expresso foam but the lady at drive thru was very rude at speaker and speak too load and she just give me foam only there was no coffee in it and i order 10 timbits she was give me 5 birthday timbit as i order the assorted

Waited in the drive through with 1 car in front of me for a little over 5 minutes. I sat there wondering how much tis guy ordered. They handed the person only 1 drink. I drove up only to be told they didn't have the bagel I ordered. Classic Tim's. GOOD ONE. Your link doesn't work. LOL

Just ordered chai tea , i paid by card , they were running out of chai tea asked me for refund, I didn’t wanted to get change at all i paid with debit and wanted refund on debit they were rude and said won’t be able to give refund on debit , poor experience

Food was decent although the bacon was undercooked. But as I was ordering they mumbled through the speaker and then when I pulled up didn’t tell me how much it was just held the machine out and wouldn’t say a word to me.
