Today I ordered 6 assorted donuts. They asked me if there was any donuts I didn't want I said no plain ones. I got two plain donuts in my 6 pack. Why ask me if you're just going to put whatever you want in there anyways?? They also did not add sugar to my cold brew. I don't know why I bother with any Tim's.

Terrible Location. They do not follow special instructions at this location. We also ordered a 50 pack of timbits, only received 28 timbits half of which were so over done it was like trying to eat saw dust. Pathetic excuse of a Tim

Absolutely ridiculous customer service at the drive-through. Multiple instances of an employee yelling "the what?" when taking orders, and this has been consistently happening for the past few weeks. The lack of attentiveness and recurring issue made the experience highly frustrating.

When I ask for butter, I mean on the bagel, not on the outside of the bag. Who even does

I was just at the Tim Hortons on Highbury and Trafalgar Rd in London. I am usually quite happy with the service, food and cleanliness of Tim Hortons. I found the staff lathargic and distant and I wanted to know why I couldn't have three blueberry fritters in my dozens donuts . Apparently a blueberry fritter is considered a dream donut so your only aloud one(see photo). There's nothing dream donut aboot this blueberry freightner. This donut in my photo is a pathetic attempt at a blueberry fritter by a lazy icehole who obviously doesn't want to be employed at a fine establishment like Tim Hortons. I am not a happy camper. I'm glad there not all like this..YIKES! Love Malcom???Stay strong London.

At least TRY and contact me when you're out of stock, not just sending stuff to compensate. What if I had an allergy to the stuff you sent? That's a lawsuit.

Slow workers all the time, and when there’s error on there end of things they have 0 care to make it right. Waited 10 mins in the drive thru for 2 drinks and when there was payment issues, they played it off it was my on my end and I was sent away. I’m currently sitting at another tim Hortons with my drinks because their scan and pay actually worked.

It Tim's. But here is what you need to know. They are fast. This location is really fast. Best in the city for speed. Some are terrible, not this one. They are great.Oh, for some reason, their sign is off during the night most of the time... nice try staff! We know you are open. Don't let that fool you.
