I have order a belt and it has come twice with no bacon so to get bacon i have to pay extra this is bs.and the b stands for bacon egg lettuce tomato not bagel

This morning Ordered a Caramel latte with 10 pack timbits as i had offer in my app to get both for around $5. After waiting in line for around 20 minutes. I paid for my order at the window and was given a drink only when asked about the timbits employee states they did not charge me for timbits. I paid for the timbits which made my offer useless as instead of paying 5 dollars i paid 8 now. When i took a sip of my drink it was missing caramel in it.
The only positive comment i can give is that the lady at the window was nice.

The coffee has long lost its previous quality. I ordered a burrito, half of it was warm and half was cold. The table is always dirty.

I went through drive through and asked for dark roast double double and when I was at window to pick up the coffee they said dark double double with sweetener. I didn’t asked for sweetener though they gave me with sweetener and I told them that I didn’t said I want it with sweetener and then lady told me that ohh sorry it doesn’t have sweetener but when I had my first sip I found that it was extra sweet. They fool customers.

Worst service of all of the Tim Hortons in London. Extremely rude teens working the drive through, and I'm pretty easy going. Meal was wrong and tried calling for over 5 hours. They just don't answer their phone and hit cancel so it just hangs up on you. Now double-double has been universal at Tim's for many years. Today my coffee was white and cold because my double double had more than triple cream. So sweet you could not possibly drink it. The cream of broccoli soup was not made correctly. It was pure liquid with zero taste. Normally it's a creamy, thicker based soup. I took videos of both, as both were far from full as well. Funny how the prices keep going up, but quality and service keep going down. Do better Tim's.

Had a really great experience going through the drive thru during the midnight shift! The service was great and the lady was super nice. Plus, the food was good, thank you!
I drink 5 to 10 french vanillas with coffee everday no matter where I am. I think Tim Hortons should offer sum form of a customer coffee card that gives you a free coffee once in awhile,especially when your spending more a month than some people make.
