I am so sick and tired of going to this Tim Hortons. It is the only one by my work so stop here often. In the morning when I have paid for my coffee or tea they don’t give me back my Chnage when I pay with an offer. And whenever I order food like a bagel they never cut it. They are always talking to each other and never are listening to their customers so frustrating.
Very good customer skills. Amisha is always there to help me as i am regular customer (more like a coffee addict 😂). She has been definitely one of the best there. Really appreciate her services.

Morning coffee is always great. Sometimes, even a fresh muffin goes well with my coffee. However, I am finding some long lineups, probably because the coffee is fresh as well as the muffins and donuts are so good.

They still very very slow in their service even though that they had a many staff available. Nothing changed from what was before. I always regret that I kept going there with their slow service.

Just visited the drive thru this evening. Order a coffee, refresher and 2 mini Reece cookies. Upon opening the cookie package, noticed they appeared to be normal cookies. Returning to the store and walking in, bringing up I got the wrong cookies. "Cashier shift #2" said that they were Reece cookies without the cups. Therefore admitting they knew they were selling substandard product.They will rip you off. Do not visit this location

The employees at this location are absolutely unbelievably rude and unprofessional! The employee working the cash has issues speaking English which made ordering very difficult and frustrating. After making multiple mistakes he called over another employee, she was very rude and was cussing at me because I was visibly upset due to the amount of mistakes and unprofessionalism I witnessed from these two employees. I video taped the encounter as she was screaming at me to “turn that shi* off” and pointing her finger in my face. If you are the owner of this establishment I would seriously consider letting this specific employee go. She has now cost you a loyal customer and now a bad reputation.
Is there a reason you refuse to make bagels at 7 pm? Seriously? You close in 3 hours, not 20 min. Don't even get me started about in the morning how I always say "sausage breakfast wrap" to see them punch in farmers... And I repeat myself.. Punches in farmers again ?

Very bad customer experience…tried to order 2 medium steeptea through drive thru…I clearly told “2 medium steeptea” and she punched in original blend and when I requested it’s steeptea, the girl tells I have to tell her before she punched in the order in a rude manner. Clearly such a bad experience as it’s not the way to talk to customers.Never visiting here again
