I love this Tim’s. Staff are friendly. They make my breakfast every morning and it’s always great. They smile and start my workday off great. Love Rhonda. She’s amazing.

Just genuinely terrible customer service from multiple of the staff. Rude tone, condescending comments and just overall gross behaviour. Been to this one multiple times throughout my stay at the hospital, only once to the other in the hospital, they went like 0-15 for service. Wish the other one was open 24hrs, the one time I went was a good experience.

E zone Tim’s is awful… very slow, and food quality isn’t the greatest. Some cream cheese on my bagel would be nice which I waited 20 mins to get. Employees are rude except the one at the cash that calls everyone “hun” I can’t come here anymore more, way too slow
Long wait in line just to find out they don’t do farmers wraps, they also don’t take deals from the tims app or accept tims gift cards!? What’s the point in that!?! At that point it’s not even a tim hortons. They even said they don’t do cups of water?? Lady behind the counter was very kind but I don’t understand how you can advertise this place as a tim hortons if they don’t support everything i use at an actual tim hortons.

Slow slow slow. If the ladies would stop gabbing so much with each other. Only 3 people ahead of me rook15 mins. The ironic things they are not real Tim’s staff but higher paid servers from a different company. All hospitals with Tim’s employ this way.
Awful service every time. Wrongly made drinks every time. Worst location for staff I have ever experienced EVERY time I'm here. Fire them all and start fresh.

September 17 around 7 pm order coffee and cold coffee worst taste I could ever had since 1996 bad customer service sorry not bad worst,I complained and she start asking me questions that do I ever had coffee .

They asked me if I wanted milk with my iced coffee (First red flag) I said yes. Then I got it back fully almost black (second reed flag) I drank it and it was the most bitter thing I ever drank so I asked my dad to go ask them to add milk (usually when they make it disgusting they re make it) the worker literally said “have you ever even had ice coffee?!” Like I’ve drank over 10000 and also worked at Tim’s and have always added milk and made it good. She also was rude and said I’m not touching ur cup and just threw milk packets at us . Horrible service

Usually friendly staff as I visit quite regularly. Never seen the lady before working there today but can tell she hates her job. Watched her speak to several customers extremely poorly including myself. Won't be going to that one anymore and will continue going to the one at the cancer centre as they are much more pleasant:)

Usually pretty good when it comes to communication but today I received my timbits that were supposed to be honey dip and strawberry only and instead of letting me know they were out or didn’t have enough they decided to give me stuff I didn’t ask for. Won’t be back.

During a recent visit to the hospital we visited Timmy’s on numerous occasions and although the food was a tad slower it was quite nice and fresh which is worth the wait. Staff was pleasant and approachable and treated my kids extremely well. Food and staff wise some of the other chains could learn from here.
