During a recent visit to the hospital we visited Timmy’s on numerous occasions and although the food was a tad slower it was quite nice and fresh which is worth the wait. Staff was pleasant and approachable and treated my kids extremely well. Food and staff wise some of the other chains could learn from here.
Long line ups in the morning, this is the only time Hortons in the main lobby. It's a good size, has 3 ordering counters. They serve all of Tim Hortons menu plus prepackaged sandwiches. There are 2 more Tim Hortons in the hsopital, one in the D tower on the third floor (main cafeteria) and one in the hallway on the way to A tower (the original hospital building). All of these Tim Hortons are operated by the hospital. They provide great service on most days.
This is in regards to the Tim Horton's on the 3rd floor. Small but nice area, easy to get drinks. It's a mini Tim Hortons. You don't pay for your food here, you take it to a central cafeteria counter to pay.
