The people who work there are great but they should close at like 6 because the only thing they serve after 6 is drinks and everything else they don’t have or are out of and it’s getting really annoying not to mention all Tim’s food quality has gotten worse with time

Disappointed with my visit. I was kept waiting for a long time even though my order was very small. On top of that, the staff was not very friendly, which made the experience worse. Expect better service from Tim Hortons

They were rude because we ordered whipped cream on ice caps and then she kept saying we did it and then when she checked the receipt, she stayed quiet and she tried to give it us the ice cap without whipped cream on And my dad paid $ 16.99 and we had to pay $.80 each for the ice cap to have whipped cream and she kept denying we paid for it.

It's always a long wait in line at this location. Seems like they value 'Skip the Dishes' orders more than they value their customers waiting patiently in long lineups. Their bakery racks are usually quite bare most of the time too. Need to be better prepared around their peaks times (lunchtime etc).
Response to owner: not sure what more info you need ? I'm simply saying you need to keep your lines short and your bakery racks full. Customers waiting in line should be prioritized over 'Skip the Dishes'.
A lot of the complaints here are very similar, and despite the responses from the owner, nothing has changed. Service is still slow, bakery racks are still empty and employees tend to be very rude.

This location is absolutely deplorable. No one knows where they’re suppose to be, no one moves with urgency, and you have cranky old ladies working here that argue with their clients, instead of doing their job. I work in this mall and this Tim’s location has always had a bad rep, but they are just getting worse and worse. Waiting 20 Mins for food when you only have a 30min break, (just like them i’m sure! ;)) and there was hardly a line to begin with, is unacceptable customer service. Do better, or get rid of the weak links in your establishment.

Extremely slow service. Everytime we are in the mall there always seems to be a skeleton crew working. It would be a good idea for management to start booking in more people especially during the busy season to speed service up.

I went there on tuesday with only a few people waiting in the line. First of all, the lady that took my order was so rude and unprofessional, she didn't speak a single word during the time I ordered my drink and got the drink. She was always just waving and pointing around which was so rude. The staff was very unwelcoming and second with me being the only customer, they got my steep tea wrong and charged me for a vanilla shot that I never got in my tea. Never going back to this place. Tim Hortons, please hire better people 👎
