Jesus. After a terrible experience on Saturday. I ordered a mobile order of two vanilla dips at 11 am. While waiting and someone asked if this was my drink I said no I’m waiting on two vanilla dips. ( for my kids) the lady said we don’t have any left. I then asked for honey dip. She said they didn’t have. Then I said I’ll just get a refund and she said I couldn’t because it was a mobile order. Left with nothing. No donuts or money back. Tims is legit becoming a joke
STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! This rating is for the owners/corporation. Give this location some labour hours my gosh!!! This location is had three people running a very busy store at a very busy time, multiple weeks in a row. I had to wait 20 minutes in line and it's been like this every Saturday. Give your staff more help! I used to work at Tim Hortons and I know how draining it is, especially when it's busy. This is so unfair to your current employees they were absolutely exhausted. The reduction in staff isn't isolated to just this location either. Working so hard for a company who clearly doesn't care about the well being of their employees. Shameful.
The best location! My order is always perfect.
Consistent quality & service make this location my group's go-to place for food drinks. Sevice people are accurate & pleasant. Again, this time a few months later!!!
I’m here every alternate day and love the staff you have. Everyone is hardworking and carry a positive attitude towards serving their customers. However it feels they’re always understaffed and can barely take a second to catch a breath. Given the place is in a busy mall, having an extra person or two to help out would be helpful to maximise the customer experience and also make things a bit easier for the employees.
PS - I love Susan, she’s a sweetheart.
Incredibly rude staff.
Poor Timbits I ever had from Canada
Pathetic service
They are the worst every time i order my ice cap they gave other customers orders forst not mine. Specially the morning staff is worst
I am glad that since my last review (thats below this paragraph), they have taken the feedback in a constructive way and now they are providing the regular tims tissues and their coffee quality has improved. Thankyou management for working on this. I have changed my rating from previous 2 stats to 5 stars now. Good job !
Today, they gave the ordinary brown tissue paper and not the regular Tim Hortons paper napkin. This is substandard quality as opposed to the regular one. They always have a scarcity of paper tissue napkin. Also, they don't place paper napkins for customers to take. They keep one with the order. I see this process as inferior customer care when compared to other Tim Hortons outlets, which keep the standard paper tissue napkins for customers to take. Its going on for a long time. I was thinking they will improve on this at some point, but unfortunately no. A customer will definitely be unhappy if you don't provide enough paper napkins when they order. Even the coffee is too strong for double double when compared to other Tim Hortons outlets. I was thinking 1 star but gave 2 stars because the maple bacon croissant sandwich was good though.

I ordered a vanilla creamy chill, but when I received it, I was wondering why there was yellow syrup on it. So I went back and asked them if I could get the vanilla creamy chill. They said we had to throw it out if we wanted the vanilla one. We asked if they could take it, but they wouldn't accept it and told us to throw it out. I didn't want to waste food and create a problem so I just took it.

Tim Hortons is my go-to spot for coffee! Their coffee is consistently rich, smooth, and just the right pick-me-up to start my day. Whether I'm grabbing a quick cup on the go or relaxing with a fresh brew, the flavor never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, and service is fast, even during busy times. If you're looking for quality coffee and a cozy atmosphere, Tim Hortons is the place to be!
I rarely get things from this branch because of the long line in the mall. Their flatbreads are good for that price. My favorite's peach quencher. I'd go back when it's not busy.

I come to this location 3 to 4 times weekly and I get the same order a medium iced Capp with three extra sugar, The crotchety lady serving me says oh we don’t put extra sugar in ice cappuccino. My response to that was I am in here three or four times a week and it’s always the same order and you are the only one that refuses to put free extra sugar into an overpriced iced cappuccino, but that’s OK location in White Oak Mall has just lost my business.
UPDATE; I just left the Tim Hortons location at York and Talbot London Ontario. I ordered like I did in the White Oaks Mall Timmys, a medium ice cap with three extra sugar the young lady in the York Street location did not even bat and I at the extra sugar in my ice cap, I paid my money she filled my order, medium ice cap with three extra sugar. My question is to the owner of the White Oaks Mall Tim Hortons is,
Why did your two staff members out and out lie to me when they said we do not put extra sugar in an ice cap and the other young lady said we are not allowed to do that. Why is that? Why would they say that?? Especially when another location just filled the order.
I sat in the food court today for several hours near Tim Hortons.... This is what I saw with a paying customer: I'M SHOCKED.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at THE FOOD COURT TIM HORTONS that I feel compelled to share. I witnessed an incident involving a manager named Brenda that left a very negative impression.
While I was dining, I observed a paying customer who had returned with her young children. This customer had clearly made a legitimate purchase of food and drinks. However, Brenda approached her in a manner that was both rude and inappropriate. She practically yelled at the customer, accusing her of some sort of misconduct. The situation escalated when Brenda began glaring at the customer, who explained that she had accidentally poured out her cup. Rather than showing understanding or offering assistance, Brenda threatened to call SECURITY on her???? What ?
The behavior exhibited by Brenda was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. It’s disheartening to think that someone in a managerial position would treat a customer in such a harsh and accusatory manner, especially in front of her children. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.
To add an ironic twist, imagine if the customer had been the boss's daughter-in-law. It’s a stark reminder that everyone deserves respect and fair treatment, regardless of their identity or relationship to the business.
I sincerely hope this Tim Hortons takes immediate steps to address this kind of behavior among its staff. No customer should have to endure such treatment, and Brenda’s actions warrant serious reconsideration of her role within the company.
