Im a Huge Tim Hortons coffee lover especially with a Boston Cream donut. The Baker at the Hamilton rd. store does something Amazing with the chocolate topping that every other Tim's should do as a rule. It's hands down the best Boston Cream donut this guy has ever eaten. Bravo!

This timmies is great I go through the drive thru and they remember my order and there just so nice here there's a garbage can to toss out your old timmies cups it's a very fast drive thru unlike the one on York st across from the casino parking lot that one said they don't put a garbage there because someone might toss a mc Donald cup in there so I just avoid that one on York st but definitely Hamilton rd one is a great experience

sat in drive through for 5 minutes without any service, nobody spoke through the speaker and nobody was behind the counter at the time. went through drive through second time with the same results. if you’re going to hire staff for overnights please ensure they are tending to customers.

Sad to say another location to worry upon would be this one right here. I just went in to use the washroom no biggy right Until they discriminated against me and stated I needed to leave my bag outside like excuse me thats my personal belongings and all to enter a bathroom Smh. This has been thee only Tim Hortons that has discriminated against me upon a back pack. Told him there's no laws stating I have to leave my personal affects with strangers

Oh geeze! Sorry my 20 million plus readers. its quite the read. This Tim Hortons location was a huge disappointment. The entire place felt neglected, with cleanliness clearly not a priority. The staff were indifferent and unhelpful. Despite requiring a key for the bathroom, it appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The parking lot is far too small, making it difficult to find a spot. Unfortunately, there’s little to recommend about this location—while the coffee was passable, the baked goods tasted stale and far from fresh is what I can conclude So sad to see a big company like this had gone down hill at this location 🙃

Parking lot had large puddle which was tracked all over making it very icy. I slipped and didn't think much at the time. Now I can barely put weight on my leg. Driveway should have been treated as temperature was just below freezing.

Difficult to understand and give orders to the person.
My family and i had to travel to 2 different tim hortons locations as no other location would make my family of four sandwhichs before getting our order right as there is a fatal allergy to tomato. Im done with the run around and can assure this store will have my service moving forward
