Being a donut shop they should have a variety of donuts to choose from. Going there at 2 PM and having a choice of 3-4 donuts is not correct. You cannot order ahead on the Timmy's app because they won't have your donut in stock. I get around that by waiting until I get to the store and checking the selection, then ordering mobile.

Seems to be only 24hrs when they choose to be. I was in tonight (Dec/16/25) at 1117pm-1120pm to place an order and not a single soul was working. There was no note posted any where on the building to say that they were closed for the night. With how many people are looking for work it can’t be that hard to hire some reliable employees to make sure you’re staffed and have back ups if people call in sick. This clearly shows a lack in management and how the business is being operated. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for a little while hopefully they can get their shit together in the future and hire some reliable employees.
Place was just Reno 2024 employees keep blocking off drive thru with a recycle can. The front counter is so small. Needless to say if you want tim Hortons go to another location

Completely messed up my order. I ordered 2 farmers wrap and one pumpkin spice iced cap. I received 2 brownies and 2 cookies. And 2 regular iced caps I didn’t even get contacted about replacements. What a wonderful breakfast that I can’t even eat due to being way too much sugar. I’ve never had this happen all these times ordering online.

Such a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons.
First of all not the crew members fault, it's the management who does apply enough staff during peak time.
I waited over 20 minutes for a DoorDash order, only to be told they couldn’t prepare it because they had too many in-person customers. They said they had to prioritize those in line first. That makes no sense — delivery customers also pay for their orders, it’s not free! I’ve been to many Tim Hortons locations as a DoorDash driver and never faced something like this before. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional service.

Guys, Im there EVERYDAY when would I ever get 1 coffee with milk and 1 with cream...never thats when.
3 days in a row now I throw a coffee out. Guess I WILL have to pay attention to make sure I get what I order. 🤦🏼♂️
Have the receipts for everyday as well, not one says milk.
Might have to wander up to Egerton from now on. Which is sad, cause you guys are GREAT 99 percent of the time.
I just had a lovely conversation over the phone with the manager Michelle over a policy for Tim Hortons and she was extremely helpful.
I had a problem with another store in regards to a policy about issues with drinks being made incorrectly (Dundas and Richmond location) where the lady there was trying to refuse remaking a drink that had tea grinds inside in which I simply asked for a new tea so I didn't have to drink tea grinds..while she tried to argue that it wasn't policy and they were asked not to do so by the manager of that specific location and only decided to fix it when I decided to walk away.
Apon calling Michelle's store, she had informed me that it is indeed Tim Hortons policy to fix those mistakes as they are a family company who wants to make sure the people are happy and they get what they asked for. She informed me that she will be getting ahold of the head of operations to try and have that issue fixed for the future and I am greatful for her professionalism and her kind attitude and attention to the issue.
At the end of the day, my drink is fixed and hopefully the other location will be informed of this continual store policy so that we all may have issues corrected in the long run.
I should add that I have purchased from this Hamilton last location before and the store is always clean, staff are always nice and welcoming and the food is always great.

That Allows People And Customers To Be Conservative and Considerate The Customers appreciates the person he is behind the counter. He treats people the way he wants to be treated. He gets along with his workers and he has learned alot from their teaching and patience. This young man is never late for work. He is the opposite and comes early, to work. We are faithful customers of 1019 Dundas and observe their conduct. We are proud of them.
