This was the first (And unfortunately last) time we'll order pizza from this restaurant. For the owners, this is what didn't go well:

1. The crust was flat and lifeless. It felt like it might be pre-cooked earlier in the day without toppings. It was too crumbly for a thin crust and too dense. it felt like the dough didn't rise properly, and it didn't rise in the oven. We ordered our pizza well done, and it was dry and crumbly.

2. There was a ton of toppings. This in itself isn't a problem, but the cook put the toppings under the cheese before cooking it. None of the toppings cooked while the pizza cooked as the cheese was covering everything. Looking through pictures of other pizza's from your restaurant, it doesn't seem like you cook your other pizza's with the toppings under the cheese.

The toppings seemed to be of decent quality, but the build of the pizza was bad and the crust was among the most disappointing I've ever had.

For the high price tag, we've already found better options in the neighborhood.

I recently ordered pizza from Tony’s Pizza and had a rather disappointing experience. I specifically requested that they call me when the driver arrived, as I was at the back of the building by the pool. Unfortunately, they failed to inform the driver about this, resulting in the driver leaving without my order. This led to an even longer wait time for my pizza.

To make matters worse, I ordered pizza sauce and paid for it, but it was missing from my order. The lack of attention to detail and miscommunication is frustrating. The pizza itself was very bad hard and so much cheese.

I would not recommend ordering from Tony’s Pizza based on my experience. There are definitely better options out there!

We have a deluxe panzerotti a couple of times a month and we are never disappointed. Tons of filling and cheese. Excellent!

Oh man for so many years we have ordered panzarotis from Tony's and it's gone from the very best to bad to the worst for the price we pay you would think that it would be consistent with ingredients. But no sometimes so much cheese sometimes so much mushrooms sometimes so much shredded ham . The price went way up and the size is inconsistent as the ingredients. Last order made us never want to have a panzaroti ever again.

Been ordering ponzoroti from Tony's for 35 years. In the last few years we have noticed a change 8n the ingredients. No problem until the last year or two when now I think that they are shrimping. Less cheese of course barely any cheese never mind pepperoni. We ordered a medium but I think we got a very small portion. I know times have changed but I don't think either of us are going to order from there again...tired of getting crap in the last year or two. ....

Ordered a small deluxe panzerotti. Pretty tasteless and was full of canned mushrooms - canned mushrooms??! Really??!! Only thing good was the sauce that came with it.

This place says they use “fresh” ingredients, but I just got a pizza that has CANNED MUSHROOMS on it. You can tell they’re canned because they look like they’ve been sitting in liquid. The toppings were clumped together in the middle of the pizza. I cannot believe I spent so much at this joint. Never again!!!

I get take out panzarotti from here sometimes, if you like lots of cheese you'll love this place. Their other toppings taste pretty good too, and the staff is friendly.

Tonys is my go-to for Panzerotti's. I drive from out of town just to get one from here.

My wife and I went in for dinner at the main location, after having not been in for over a year. My deluxe panzarotti and her veal parmigiana were both excellent, as expected. Their salad, tomato sauce, pizza, and panzarotti are all best in city IMHO. Service was great. I asked if they had put in new carpet . . . the answer was "yes, in 1970." 🙂 So the surroundings are a little old but they are authentic. We are always treated like family when we come in. They have had a tough go with COVID and then multiple construction projects outside, which are still ongoing (😞). Tony's is a true gem for London, and if you care about authentic dining and good food, please support them!

Walked in and ended up getting a vegetarian panzerotti with extra cheese. I didn't expect it to be that cheesy. I had to pull some out, but man, the panzerotti was good. I like how the tomatoe sauce is on the side and not in the panzerotti itself.
