I parked in front of Tony’s as I was going to another shop in the plaza. The owner Tony himself yelled at me from across the parking lot upset that I parked in front of his shop but didn’t go in. He proceeded to park his trunk beside my car to wait and see how long I would be.This isn’t the way to obtain customers or sales. I would never give my money to a man who treats people like that. I will continue to park where I want in the plaza as there isn’t rules on that. I am also a younger female and believe he did this as I am a young woman and he’s a old man.

Currently waiting outside the store watching your employee pick his nose on the line where you make people's food 🤢

Spent 10 minutes placing a order online for 4 panzerotti cycling through their online system 3 times and it says that “no answer from Tony’s restaurant. I call and they just say ill take your order now.

No care given to their online ordering system, they must have so much business coming in where they dont care about customer experience.

I just ordered from bondis

Tony’s used to be really good. Ordered a panzerotti tonight for pickup. $32.95. You’d think they would use quality ingredients. Canned mushrooms, cheap bacon bits. Almost looks like canned green peepers. The pepperoni was piled in one area. I’ll
Never come back after this one. Just garbage. Once a true legend in London turned into crap and greed.

If I can give it a zero I would, please don’t call your self Italian restaurant if you are adding 10 pounds of cheese on a pizza, I’ve never had such a bad pizza, the thickness of the cheese is more than the pizza bread, it’s unbelievable I opened the box and the pizza was WHITE, because the oven wasn’t able to cook through so much cheese, the veggies were all canned and had no flavour, there was barely any sauce, I’ve had hand made Italian pizza, and it’s nothing like this. This place should be shut down.

This was the first (And unfortunately last) time we'll order pizza from this restaurant. For the owners, this is what didn't go well:

1. The crust was flat and lifeless. It felt like it might be pre-cooked earlier in the day without toppings. It was too crumbly for a thin crust and too dense. it felt like the dough didn't rise properly, and it didn't rise in the oven. We ordered our pizza well done, and it was dry and crumbly.

2. There was a ton of toppings. This in itself isn't a problem, but the cook put the toppings under the cheese before cooking it. None of the toppings cooked while the pizza cooked as the cheese was covering everything. Looking through pictures of other pizza's from your restaurant, it doesn't seem like you cook your other pizza's with the toppings under the cheese.

The toppings seemed to be of decent quality, but the build of the pizza was bad and the crust was among the most disappointing I've ever had.

For the high price tag, we've already found better options in the neighborhood.

I recently ordered pizza from Tony’s Pizza and had a rather disappointing experience. I specifically requested that they call me when the driver arrived, as I was at the back of the building by the pool. Unfortunately, they failed to inform the driver about this, resulting in the driver leaving without my order. This led to an even longer wait time for my pizza.

To make matters worse, I ordered pizza sauce and paid for it, but it was missing from my order. The lack of attention to detail and miscommunication is frustrating. The pizza itself was very bad hard and so much cheese.

I would not recommend ordering from Tony’s Pizza based on my experience. There are definitely better options out there!
