20 min pick up time always turns into another 30-40min waiting inside for food to come out. Ridiculous time management.

Service was extremely slow. We go out for pizza ALL the time in the city. This was by far the WORST pizza we have ever had. Hard, bland (0 flavour), canned mushrooms, no sauce. A frozen pizza would have been much better. At $30 for a pizza there should be fresh toppings and some flavour. The dough was like cardboard.

Our family has been going to Tony’s since the place opened. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in our dinner. The pizza wasn’t hot and barely had any sauce and the ceaser salad which I was so looking forward to enjoying was yellow and was not as I’ve always had in the past. The biggest thing that I have to mention is that they use canned mushrooms as well I’d rather have grownd up pieces of sausage and stuff than canned mushrooms. We had a party of 6 eat in our bill was $150 tip included and it will most likely be our last hard earned money spent at Tony’s ?

Horrible! Store bought for $4 is better. Cardboard crust, a drop of sause, don't even think there was any cheese. What happened to the original Tony's! Never again.

I just had a Deluxe pizza delivered. The price was $6.00 extra from their online menu, plus an additional $6.00 for “delivery “ plus the tip I gave. I found this unfair and unacceptable. Now, if the food was good I’d say ok I’ll let it pass, but the food is terrible and is one of the worst pizza I’ve had. Too thick crust, tasteless cheese, over garlic sauce, plain and dull crust. Honestly wouldn’t recommend at all.

Slices are overpriced and small. Cleanliness is questionable. And I found plastic and or parchment paper in my slice. Never going back. When I can go to Doughboy and get 2 jumbo slices and a pop for $6 no tip.please don't waste your money.

I've been ordering from Tony's for about 35 years. I noticed a few years back they changed their panzarotti sauce. Then the prices got jacked up to almost double so 1 large panzarotti is over $37. I've been craving it & haven't had a good panzarotti all year. I usually get a deluxe & substitute the ham for THEIR bacon.Today when We got it even the bread was different, there was barely ANY cheese & it was just GENERIC bacon. What a HUGE disappointment. What made them stand out is no more & it's certainly not worth $37. Don't waste your money.

Extremely disappointedWe hadn't been in a couple of yearsOur bruschetta took 25 minutes (appetizer) and had very little olive oil or spice. It was chopped tomatoes and onions on an oversized bun with a slice of mozzarella tossed on topMy wife's Cannelloni was flavourless and almost devoid of sauce. Appeared to be prepared with lasagna noodlesWe were advised there was no soupPizza was okay, canned mushrooms were a disappointmentWe likely won't return

We are new to London and tried Tony's Pizza on Dundas because it's close. Excellent pizza, we enjoyed it very much and definitely will return. Thank you and kudos to your staff!!!Parking: Nothing bad, just a heads up. Parking entrance is off of Quebec St. There is no stopping allowed out front on Dundas St.
