Review of Tropical Pizza Bar – A Huge Disappointment
As a family, we were very excited to visit a Colombian restaurant that promotes delicious food and a great experience ( That's what we saw at the pictures they showcase in FB) After some searching, we found Tropical Pizza Bar and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had.
First, the place was dirty, including the bathroom, which was far from acceptable. To make matters worse, three of the dishes we received were broken or cracked, which was both unappetizing and concerning.
Then came the food – and it was horrible. We were expecting authentic, flavorful Colombian cuisine, but what we got was poorly made, tasteless, and completely disappointing. On top of that, the waitress spontaneously overcharged us for one of the plates, claiming that the menu price was incorrect. That’s not how a restaurant should handle pricing issues!
To make things even worse, two of the dishes we ordered never even arrived because the waitress simply forgot them. The overall service was unprofessional and careless.
We were truly disappointed with our visit and would not recommend this place to anyone. Please avoid this place!

My wife and I went, we wanted to try food that was on the menu published on Google maps, but the place offers you one menu per day, we ordered the empanadas and they were very delicious, I really enjoyed them a lot, I think the concept needs to improve. they search. I wish this restaurant bar luck.

The restaurant is pretty good, really Colombian food. It seemed economical, good quantities and good service. The internal part has a slightly more nocturnal atmosphere (but its name says Bar so it is consistent). However, they have a patio in the back where you can enjoy another atmosphere.

Went because I saw some pictures of food from the Facebook page, but totally different what the actual food is, I asked for the wished Mondongo but what received was a Sopa de Arroz , bad service didn’t allow us to add water to the soup the pizza was not well cooked, unfortunately I didn’t recall that is not a family restaurant it is more like a bar to drink beer and eat shared snacks.

I took the service on Saturday with some friends for a birthday, everyone has given me complaints about the service, since they placed orders, but it never arrived. I made a reservation for a space, but we had to share the space with people who were watching a soccer game (you can imagine the lack of privacy with the guests). The owner is friendly, but you have to be realistic and honest with your comments. I hope the customer service improves, because it really is very bad. ?
