Don't sleep on this place! On my last visit, I got barbacoa tacos and (my favourite) bean and cheese pupusas - I promise, you need this in your life. I came on a weekday when the market was closed, but you just need to contact the shop to be let inside. I think I inhaled every morsel just sitting in my car. If I didn't live out of town, I'd visit (maybe too) often.

My favourite taco place. Ever. Highly highly recommend. I've tried out a few of the menu items and I always come back to the chorizo taco and the al pastor taco. Also love the cheese shell offering, a nice change from the traditional taco shell! I also realized you can buy their chorizo to cook at home (and they have take home kits) - can't wait to enjoy True Taco more frequently in our household :). As well, the staff are always SO friendly. Everytime I'm in London I make sure to stop by True Taco!!!

Second time in here,this time we brought more people. Very tasty and home made mexican food. Inside western market. Fresh food, you can find tables and seats to enjoy. Make sure on Saturdays stop by before 3:00pm and on Sundays before 2:00pm. At that time the market is closed ?.

So good. Everything is very fresh and tasty. I've never had such good empanadas. Best al pastor tacos in town by a wide margin. The birria tastes like the best roast prime rib. Tamales are very good and have beautiful smooth texture. Everyone we have interacted with has been so friendly.

The pupusas here were the best I've ever had. I tried the 'revuelta',and the 'chorizo and cheese'. The sauces were spot on, and I even enjoyed the curtido(pickled cabbage). I didn't enjoy the curtido much from the place that I used to get pupusa's from, but ate almost all of it from here. Also, the atmosphere of the weekend market is great on a Saturday, lots of great food/drink, and shopping. I will definitely be coming back. The only thing I miss from my previous spot that True Taco does not have is loroco and cheese pupusas, but Loroco is more specific to Guatemala and El Salvador.
