Food was freshly prepared and delicious! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Would eat there again!
i had very bad experience with this store I ordered their family size rice and whole chicken, and then went to grocery shopping and I was back home and warm the food because it's was cold due to cold weather. The moment it started warming up on stove a very bad aroma starting coming when I check the rice was gone bad so I contacted the store and I was told to come to the store and I went after talking to the owner they told me they will replace the rice but not the chicken. so due to health/safety reason I was denied to change the meal and I was told it was my fault for not eating the food right after I got it .The owner keep repeating it's ur fault lol. please check ur food before leaving the restaurant or have the food at the restaurant. after you left the freshness will be gone lol. I left the food in the restaurant and my $30 went to the garbage bin.
I just got my dinner from this restaurant and I loved it. 10/10 service plus food. I recommend you guys try it out because my family and I loved it.

This is my second time at tuque, the first time I thought it was quite busy so maybe the smaller portion was just due to the volume of customers.
This time I have to let everyone know; the amount of food is extremely small compared to the previous owners. Quality of meat is VERY low, they don't offer beef and lamb which is on the menu. but the vegetables are fresh and the rice was properly cooked but cold to the touch.
The amount given for $16.** Was saddening. As you can see it is not nearly to the middle of the container and the meat is scarce. I will always support locals as much as I can but I feel I will be looking elsewhere for my next dinner meal.
The cooks were very humble and inviting and I hope future customers get a better experience

I went in to get shawarma fries and asked for a take out container that has a lid because I was walking to my work with the food, the guy (supposedly the owner) said I can’t get any container with the lid as it was for different orders but the worker was kind enough to pass me a foil paper to cover my food. The fries were okay but the chicken shawarma tasted old and soggy.

Came here on Canada day while house hunting. I was expecting fresh cut chicken shawarma.
Instead, I was served cold, dry chicken that may been leftovers. It was the worst shawarma I've had here in Ontario.
Avoid at all costs.

Had a fantastic lunch at Tuque Shawarma! The large shawarma salad was amazing - 9/10 for sure. The staff was super friendly, especially Saeed. They even brought out a complimentary order of perfectly seasoned fries. The garlic sauce was delicious too. Overall, a great experience. I'll definitely be back!
