The food and service quality was truly exceptional! Can’t wait to come back . The vibe was relaxing after a long day of work. Waitress was awesome . And thank you to Nick for ensuring that our dinner was extra special .

Nick Siannas was so welcoming and the waitress was attentive and accommodating. Great ambiance and my steak was cook to perfection.

Was a great experience at turtle jacks today , atmosphere is relaxing, staff was very friendly, the gm manager nick came by the table , he was very pleasant, he really went out of his way to make sure we were happy, the Bartender Natalie was also very pleasant, will definitely be back , the turtle wings are awesome ! . My faith in customer service has been restored!
Hubby and I decided to have a date night. Went on a road trip from Windsor to London to try them out. We've been to the one in Niagra Falls and wanted to see if we'd have the same experience.
Completely EXCEEDED our expectations!
Right from the moment we walked in to the time we left, nothing but great report!
The hostess, server, manager, ect were all extremely hospitalable. Nothing like I have seen recently while going out to try new places.
The restaurants atmosphere was top notch as well. Not too loud even though it was a packed house. Hubby and I were able to carry on a conversation normally.
The food and specialty drinks were absolutely out of this world! The incredients were so fresh, the burger was so juicy and cooked to perfection and the fire and ice dessert was a show stopper!!
Thank you to all the staff that made our night such a wonderful experience. It was well worth the drive up just for dinner, and we will be returning.
If anyone is looking for a place with OUTSTANDING customer service and to-die-for meal selections, chose this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!!!

Jayden was a FANTASTIC server, I had the BEST ceaser! I was also greeted by Nick ( the GM ) with a pleasant smile and upbeat attitude, even considering how busy they got. Very welcoming atmosphere.
I ordered a ceaser salad with chicken, delicious. Will be back and recommend other do too. ?

Great restaurant. First time we've been to a Turtle Jacks but will definitely return. Great food, staff and environment. They also addressed my allergy to make sure no issues would come up.

Update:
I went to the restaurant a few days ago and ended up having a very different experience. The waiter was running around to various tables, only took half our drink order, food took forever to come out, had a nasty comment from a member of staff when we asked if we could place a drink order from them. Food was mediocre at best. Not sure what happened but moved the review from 5 to 3 stars. Can't say I'd rush back to Turtle Jacks London.

Kid-friendliness: They offered our child a plate of cucumber, carrots and apple slices not long after we sat down. Maybe it was our server but I liked how they addressed our child and asked what they wanted to drink and eat. Us parents answered but it was nice they acknowledged our child.

Have to try the NY butter sauce , it's their registered trademark. Best wing and chicken ? sauce I've had in a long time. 4 star on food bc BBQ beer sauce was off. Should've went with forty creek. Gf's wings with 40 was delicious. Service was impeccable ? ?. Young gentleman was knowledgeable about entire menu and ingredients. Answered all questions and enlightened us on new facts. Food was impressive, cooked well, no mistakes. Coleslaw was very favorable, with fresh parsley as main ingredient, who would've thought.
Will definitely return. Highly recommend.
Not your nickel and dime chain, so expect trending expenses, comparable to milestones $$$.
