Turtle Jack’s London

It was not a great experience for us. They were short staffed and it took a long time for food.

Turtle Jack's is a great choice for dining. We have been there several times. The food is excellent. Best Tomato Bisque soup I've ever had. Service is fast & friendly. Hard to choose what to eat. It's all good.

I was very impressed with the ambiance and the menu. The menu had lots of choice, from salads to bowls to sandwiches, which all sounded delicious. The staff were very pleasant and were knowledgeable about the menu. I would definitely return on a regular basis.

So disappointing. Every time we visit, the experience gets worse, so unfortunately this will be our last time. 8 families in the entire restaurant and it still took 40 min for chicken wings and ribs. When they were finally brought out by a very gruff and unfriendly looking manager they were cold. Not warm, but COLD. The server (bartender) didn't check on our food one time or apologize for the wait. They had 1 server, a 'manager' and a bartender running the restaurant. All looked miserable and the interaction with all tables was in long intervals. We are big fans of TJs in Muskoka and love the food. We have been to this location 4 times (starting with the grand opening) and it just continues to get worse. Too bad as the menu is great when it is executed properly.

Door was delicious and server was super friendly. We were able to have a relaxed dinner and conversation without the noise of the restaurant intruding. Tables were spaced nicely to ensure everyone was able to have their own area

First visit to Turtle Jacks, Place was clean, food was prepared and presented very nicely and tasted great! We will definitely be back!

While the server kept messing up my son's birthday orders, the owner made it right by giving us tickets to the london lightning game which was a nice gesture!

Though it took a long time for our server to make initial contact, when she did it was great. Very attentive for the rest of our meal. Dad ordered the French dip and loved the au jus. Londonlicious menu was perfect. I ordered the garlic chicken rolls which were okay. I think we found our new neighbourhood gem!

It was my first time here and I loved it. The food was not only delicious but enough to take home. Rhys, our server was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks Rhys. I'd definitely go again.

We had a date night out and met up with family. Our reservation was for 4. We got a very nice booth. Our server Reese was very friendly and nice. He was helpful when we asked for menu recommendations and came to check in at the table at just the right times. We all ordered something different and everyone at our table was happy with their choices. We will definitely be back.

Service slow. Food delivered 10+minutes later than the next table even though those customers were seated and ordered after us.. When food came, it was warm rather than hot and my partner had to ask for a side dish that was part of her meal.

All three guests enjoyed their meals. The two that had the Bacon? Burger mentioned that it was the best they had enjoyed for some time. The Turkey and Goat Cheese on Naan - recommended by the server - was excellent. The service was pleasant and accommodating. The music was peasant and a perfect volume. Price was reasonable and it was a pleasant surprise that the soft drinks were included in the luncheon price. An lovely experience.

We really enjoyed the food and the service was spot-on. Calamari was delicious, main courses were excellent, server was super friendly and attentive. It was busy when we went but were seated right away. Would return again for sure

My husband and I went out for a nice New Years Eve dinner. The food was amazing and the service fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent food and great server. Music was a tad loud, if you are having a 4 person conversation at your table. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be returning!
