We were traveling looking for a place to have lunch, checked the reviews and decided to visit , stepping in with good expectations. The ambiance was inviting, and we ordered a Vegetarian Thali and a Paper Masala Dosa. While the dosa was crispy and flavorful, the thali was disappointing. The portions were smaller than expected, and to our surprise, the aloo gobi curry was uncooked (raw).
When we informed the staff, they replaced the curry, but the server never mentioned that there would be an extra charge. I assumed it was a replacement, only to be informed at the end that I had to pay for it. When I questioned this, they offered me a 10% discount, but the entire situation felt unfair since the issue was on their end.
Overall, while the dosa was enjoyable, the thali and the way the situation was handled left us disappointed.

Udupi Krishna stands out for its atmosphere and service. The wait staff is patient and accommodating. They made us feel right at home and were attentive to our needs.
The food was good and tasty. The sambar and chutneys stole the show for me, and the idlis were soft and tasty. Definitely a recommend!

Very bad customer service. Very rude server. Did not even acknowledge the needs of customers rather just behaved rudely and was dismissive of all the requests made. The requests were as simple as keeping bags with us or making the temperature cooler because it was hot. I would expect them to behave better.

Many vegan options that were all very yummy! Ask about what beverages have dairy as they were not marked vegan or not but all the food is clearly marked. We ordered the pakora, lemon rice, aloo gobi and channa masala which were all delicious!
I've only had the pleasure of eating here once since I'm busy and my little kids don't like spice (yet). It was so good, I had a dosa, a bunch of apps, legit, can't recall all the things we got, but they were all so good! I met the chef at a cash and carry a few months after and fanboyed about my meal. He was super chill, definitely will be back when the moon's align and I'm allowed out of the house for food I want!
