Was ordering on doordash and the restaurant accepted the order but when it was time to send it then I was told the restaurant was closed. Don't accept orders if you are not able to send the food out. The food i tried there so far is delicious and the portions are generous but this experience was very disappointing
Had a fantastic meal at Uncle Nicks with the best service from Linda:) Absolute hidden gem!

This is a great place if you're stuck in this labyrinth called London to get a good gyros and salad for a good price. I live a block away(luckily) and we're both right in the midst of the destruction of the East end. Don't forget to add feta! I almost did today. If you get the dinner be ready to have 3 dinners out of it. Lotta food!
Edit: I had to go back a second time to make sure the amazing quality wasn't a fluke. Gyros with salad and fries is right up there with Sammy's from the 90s.

Don't try fish and chips ,it's soggy amd cooked in shitty oil.It tasted sour like if they really used old oil and had a bitter after taste.

Underrated souvlaki joint. We did not have any sides, just the chicken souvlaki, which was pretty good! Made fresh in front of you. Chicken was perfectly done, tender and juicy. Served in a fresh wrap with lettuce, tomato, onion & tzatziki.

If a gyros dinner is wrapped on a pita Then what is the gyros combo?
Gyros dinner Should be on a plate with potatoes, not fries will be at the restaurant had knives as well. Food was ok but everything else seems to be turning into Pita Pit.
Review: Uncle Nick’s Souvlaki
If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Greek street food, Uncle Nick’s Souvlaki is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the mouthwatering aroma of grilled meats and warm hospitality that makes you feel right at home.
I tried their classic souvlaki, and it was absolutely spot-on — juicy, well-seasoned meat wrapped in soft, fresh pita, topped with just the right amount of tzatziki, tomatoes, and onions. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. Their portion sizes are generous, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get.
The service was friendly and fast, and even though the place was busy, they kept everything running smoothly. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a casual meal, Uncle Nick’s delivers both in flavor and experience.
Highly recommend if you love Greek food — or just great food in general. I’ll definitely be coming back!
