LOSING MY MIND. This is now the second time the old lady(the mother) has turned off the skip the dishes tablets because she gets overwhelmed and does not know how to multitask. What a shame. Her son works extremely hard, and is completely dedicated but she is ruining the business with her lack of customer service and her bad attitude. Tonight I ordered on skip the dishes, went to check the order 20 minutes after and realized ONCE again, it was still pending and not confirmed. I called, no answer, I called again, she told me the same excuse as last time “the machines not working right now”, then proceeded the tell me she is busy and hung up before I could even say anything. Completely bothered by her lack of respect, I showed up at the store, only to find that she manually had turned the tablet offline. She is going to ruin this business considering she has made it clear on multiple occasions that she gets overwhelmed and cannot multitask. On a completely seperate occasion, it was noon, I stepped in for a salad, and she asked me to come back later because she was busy? Excuse me? Don’t you want the business to be busy? Why are you telling customers to leave and come back? I honestly tried to go there at times she was not working but it seems like my luck, she is always working whenever I am wanting a Greek salad. This was the last straw. I have been supporting this business for years, considering I personally know some of the family. Extremely disappointed.

Let's just say from my own eyes I've seen the kitchen and cockroaches all over the place with chicken left out and food just all over the place the mold in the back is all over the place I would avoid this place before you get sick.Healthboard needs to be called one look this place would be shut

I've been eating here for years long before it became Uncle Nicks.. portions are always great, prices are great, staff is great, delivery for myself is questionable as the food is soggy by the time it gets to me. My only other issue is 2x now I have gone there the feta cheese for the greek salad has changed and personally I don't like the taste. Overall a great place!

I cannot say enough good things about the food here, it's always an amazing meal that I make a point of detouring for. The restaurant itself might look less nice than some other places, but don't let that deter you from some great food and incredibly reasonable prices.
