Under The Volcano
I am beyond disgusted with your service. I walked into your restaurant tonight and an older server was at the door and said “ugh this many kids”. I am sorry are my children a burden to be in your restaurant. She also placed cups and menus on the table like we were nothing, pretty much slammed them. My oldest daughter asked 5x KINDLY for a glass of water and you continued to ignore her until I said I’ll give you my pop. I have been here multiple times and never got treated like this. I will not be a returning customer.

Just went to under the volcano. As I walked in I saw 3 ladies leaving and I heard one say “I’ll never come back here again”. When I walked in with my two kids the three staff that worked at me pretty well looked at me like I had two heads and no one really spoke to me. The atmosphere was VERY uninviting and cold, so we left before anyone could offer us a table. Was in there a total of 3-5 minutes.

I visited this place for the first time and the food we ordered was so so delicious ?? Never had something like this before. Best mexican food found here ?? Definitely coming back!!! We ordered Nachos Pesto and mushrooms skillet Roasted veggies Quesadillas Veg Chimichanga Chicken enchiladas Regular size burrito

Just waited for almost an hour and half for a pick up order . I was first told 40-50 minutes which was very long but ok. Upon arrival at pick up time I was told it would be another 17 min. After another 30 minutes waiting in the parking listening to some man in parking shouting random profanities for the entire time, I gave up and went in. Spoke to manager who gave me a discount. Big deal… it should have been free. It has been my fav Mexican place for 30 years but never again. Be prepared to have your time delayed, delayed, delayed.
Parking: Lock your doors while waiting.a year and a half year later and I am still pissed off. Left the place and while driving home had a heart attack and ended up in ICU. But I miss the chimichangas. Anyone know where I can them them in London other than Under the Volcano?

Absolutely amazing! Pricing is spot on and the service was quick and attentive. A must for any spicy food lovers! We've driven by this place many times and so glad we finally decided to stop for dinner!

I frequented this restaurant years ago when it was in it's old location under different ownership and it was always a win. Menu and quality have since tanked.
Went this time at the current location and nothing about the visit was worth my time. Service was good but the rest of the experience was an utter disappointment. Food was sub par, flavours and spice were just not there, bland and disappointing. I honestly would have been more satisfied with taco bell.
