Food was good, definitely not the best place to get mexican food in the city as there are many new mexican restaurants in London now, I found this restaurant to be a little run down looking and not the cleanest.

I ordered through Uber. The nachos I ordered weren’t fully cooked. The cheese was not melted. I didn’t get sour cream or salsa with them or with the burrito I ordered. I was disappointed. Generally I have no problems and order often.

The place looked very fun and inviting from the outside but once you step inside the experience is less to be desired...I took my fiancee here for a date last night because she thought it looked like a good place to try,we got seated as normal but that's where it went downhill...the waitress neglected to even introduce herself or explain to us where the washrooms were or the fact that you're supposed to ''season'' your own food(more context later)since most places season dishes before sending it out and have extra seasoning at the table not the only seasoning..we were however happy to be given an entree of chips on the house since we were there for dinner and they were good but the waitress was very un attentive and never came to check on us to see how we enjoyed our food or if we wanted anything else and we had to call her for any sort of service to be given..then we shared a baked potato appetizer which was good but the main course of tres tacos was very lackluster because the rice,beans and all three tacos were bland/flavorless(refer back to seasoning your own food) which the waitress told us to season it ourselves after giving the dish to us which is not the proper way to cook meat + the texture wasn't great either so we sent it back and were forced to pay full price for it despite my fiancee hardly taking more then two bites because we refused to have it seasoned afterwards..my big one burrito on the other hand was actually good but after the entire experience with the sub par service i decided not to tip and the waitress was gossiping about us to a coworker claiming we ''must be in a bad mood'' for not tipping her and they didn't even bother to say have a nice day when we left...this was easily the worst restaurant experience we have ever had and you're better off spending your money elsewhere since our bill was almost $50 a person...we will not be coming back to this establishment

So disgusting, dirty, old and crammed inside this filthy place. Found a literal hair in my food and the waiter has the audacity to say “we take precautions” clearly you do not if there’s a long black hair intertwined inside my quesadilla. He said we still have to pay for it and just offered a free cheap ice cream I didn’t even receive an apology or free meal for the nasty inconvenience. Immediately lost my appetite. PLEASE OPEN YOUR FOOD AND CHECK IT BEFORE YOU EAT!!! NASTY. RUDE. DIRTY. We just got up and left. NASTY. It wasn’t my hair because I don’t have black hair and my hair was in a pony tail. The hair was literally melted in the cheese. So dusty and crusty

The food, service and ambience are second to none. The food is delicious, my favourite is the chimichanga, but I have tried many items on the menu and everything is delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The fun latino decor is the perfect backdrop for a great meal out. OMG the deep fried ice cream and the daiquiris are amazing!

Took my granddaughter for lunch on her 21st birthday, she had never been before. She loved it! Food was delicious, she had never had deep fried ice cream and absolutely loved it. Our server Michelle was wonderful. Would definitely return.
